The resort of the renowned Steigenberger chain is located quietly, directly on the gently sloping, hotel-owned sandy beach with a unique house reef in Madinat Coraya.
Madinat Coraya Bay is a fantastic holiday destination that offers ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is about 8 km.

Facilities

The spacious adults-only (bookable from 16 years) hotel complex with a total of 364 elegant rooms has a warm and oriental ambiance. The facilities include a welcoming lobby with a reception, so you feel at home from the first moment, as well as some shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean cuisine), and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers a Dine Around: per stay, a visit to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" Restaurant, or the oriental "Zaytoun" is included for All Inclusive guests (reservation required).
In the outdoor area, there are 3 swimming pools (one of which is heated) and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original rooms (XO2) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, each as a buffet. During the day, there are various snacks for in-between hunger.
Afternoon tea time with a selection of coffee, tea, and cake from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as fresh juice, from 10 AM to midnight. "Pharao Club" guests receive one dinner in an à la carte restaurant per stay (in "Fayruz"), registration required. A fruit basket upon arrival. In addition, a bottle of water daily (two bottles in the family room) and coffee and tea are included. Beach towels are changed daily, free use of the health club.

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Day 1:

A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins distributed across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception. Let yourself be pampered culinarily in the main restaurant and enjoy the cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small gym, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the French balcony.

Single Suite

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise identical amenities to the suites and may not have a French balcony and seating area, but rather a non-opening window.
