The resort of the renowned Steigenberger chain is located peacefully, directly on the gently sloping, hotel's own sandy beach with a unique house reef in Madinat Coraya.
Madinat Coraya Bay is a dream holiday destination offering ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

Facilities

The spacious adults-only hotel complex (bookable for ages 16 and up) with a total of 364 elegant rooms features a warm and oriental ambiance. Facilities include an inviting lobby with a reception, so you feel comfortable from the first moment, as well as some shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean cuisine), and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers a Dine Around: for each stay, All Inclusive guests receive one complimentary visit to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" Restaurant, or the oriental "Zaytoun" (reservations required).
The outdoor area features 3 pools (one of which is heated) and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original Rooms (XO2) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, each in buffet form. During the day, there are various snacks for in-between.
Afternoon tea time with a selection of coffee, tea, and cake from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as fresh juice, from 10 AM to midnight. "Pharao Club" guests have one dinner in an à la carte restaurant included per stay (at "Fayruz"), reservation required. Fruit basket upon arrival. Additionally, a bottle of water daily (two bottles in family rooms) is included, as well as coffee and tea. Beach towels are changed daily, free use of the health club.

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to West Thebes to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed with a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Additionally, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic views of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm in size and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites, and may have a non-opening window instead of a French balcony and no seating area.
