Travel information

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the inbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m., optional balloon excursion (can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit the West Bank. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Departure from Esna.
Then, continue to Aswan, where you will also spend the night.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant caters to your culinary needs with delicious dishes. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 sqm in size and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.

Promo cabins

The promo cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single occupancy cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The resort of the renowned Steigenberger chain is located quietly, directly on the gently sloping, hotel-owned sandy beach with a unique house reef in Madinat Coraya.
Madinat Coraya Bay is a dreamlike holiday destination that offers ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is about 8 km.

Facilities

The spacious adults-only (bookable from 16 years) hotel complex with a total of 364 elegant rooms has a warm and oriental ambiance. Facilities include a welcoming lobby with a reception, so you feel comfortable from the very first moment, as well as several shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean cuisine) and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers a Dine Around: one visit per stay to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" restaurant, or the oriental "Zaytoun" is included for All Inclusive guests (reservation required).
Outside, there are 3 pools (one of which is heated) and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the hotel's private beach and at the pools.

Breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, all buffet style. During the day, there are various snacks for a quick bite.
In the afternoon, enjoy tea time with a selection of coffee, tea, and cake from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as fresh juice, are available from 10 AM to midnight. "Pharao Club" guests receive one dinner in an à la carte restaurant per stay (at "Fayruz"), reservation required. A fruit basket upon arrival. Additionally, a bottle of water is provided daily (two bottles in family rooms) as well as coffee and tea. Beach towels are changed daily, and the health club can be used free of charge.
