Route:

Day 1:

Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

Day 2:

A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, can be booked locally).

In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 3:

In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.

Lunch on board and visit the Double Temple (1,2,3).

Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4:

In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).

Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

In the afternoon, a felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).

Then, visit a Nubian village (3).

Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5:

Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.

Then, it's back to Kom Ombo.

Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.

Day 6:

Breakfast on board. Afterwards, the ship sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 7:

Breakfast. Then, you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).

Afterwards, the ship sails on to Luxor.

Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked locally).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. Additionally, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. Starting in Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

The pleasantly furnished Suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the Suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, the balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped the same as the Suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the Suites and may not have a French balcony and seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

The Penthouse Suites (P2), located on the upper floors, are equipped like the Jacuzzi Suites but are more spacious at approximately 107 sqm (including 16 sqm balcony), with a separate living room, a private pool (heated in winter), and a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
