Travel information

Combo package featuring a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all transfers between services. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight must arrive in Luxor. If the hotel is booked first followed by the Nile cruise, the return flight must depart from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Tour of the East Bank in Luxor. 5 a.m. hot air balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Tour of the West Bank. Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay takes place.

Day 5:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals. The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Jacuzzi Suite

The approx. 50 m² (incl. 4 m² balcony/terrace) Jacuzzi suites (S2J) feature a couple's Jacuzzi, shower, WC, vanity mirror, air conditioning, safe, minibar (daily refill with water, juice, beer, soft drinks), smart TV with German channels, coffee and tea-making machine, and a swing chair on the terrace.

Pure Standard Suite Jacuzzi

The approx. 27 m² Pure Standard Suites (SAJ) have similar features to the Jacuzzi suites but are slightly smaller. Some suites have a small balcony with visual privacy screens or a terrace and are located on the land side.

Swim Up Suite

The swim-up suites (2SU) have similar equipment to the Jacuzzi suites, feature direct access to the terrace pool (heated in winter), and are more spacious at approx. 50 m² (incl. 4 m² terrace).

Penthouse

Located on the upper floors, the penthouse suites (P2) are equipped like the Jacuzzi suites but are more spacious at approx. 107 m² (incl. 16 m² balcony), with a private living room, private pool (heated in winter), and a breathtaking view over the Red Sea.

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (SSZ) are approx. 27 m² and are equipped with shower/WC, espresso machine, TV, Wi-Fi, vanity mirror, and safe. The rooms do not have a Jacuzzi or balcony and are located on the land side.
