Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight to the destination must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
Sightseeing on the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. hot air balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
3rd Day:
Sightseeing on the West Bank. Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
4th Day:
Continue from Esna.

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins, spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals. Economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Built in the Moroccan style, this hotel belonging to the renowned JAZ Hotel Group is located directly on the private, long sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay, with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada Airport is approx. 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity is Souk Makadi, with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars inviting you to stroll. The aquapark is approx. 3 km from the hotel.

Facilities

The JAZ Makadina is set in a beautiful garden and features 270 rooms spread across several small buildings in the complex. In addition, the hotel is equipped with an inviting reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. For culinary variety, besides show cooking in the hotel restaurant, there is the “Dine Around” concept of Souk Makadi.
In the beautifully and spacious landscaped garden, you will find the pool area with two swimming pools (one can be heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.

The friendly furnished Double Superior rooms (DSU) are approx. 38 m² in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily free refill), minibar (for a fee), safe (included), balcony or a terrace. One large bottle of water in the room daily (free of charge).

Suite Superior

Suite Superior (SU2) have similar features to the Double Superior rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 47 m²) and feature an additional seating/sleeping corner separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.
Also bookable as Double Deluxe (DD2). In this room, the seating/sleeping corner is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

Family Room Deluxe

Family Rooms Deluxe (2DF) feature the same facilities as the Family Rooms Superior. The sleeping area for children is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.
