Travel information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the inbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The chosen travel package has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Visit to the Luxor Museum in the afternoon (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. Hot air balloon excursion at 5 AM (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1, 2, 3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. After breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to Hatshepsut Temple (1, 2, 3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1, 2, 3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1, 2, 3). Lunch on board.
Late evening sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Departure from Esna.
Then proceed to Aswan, where you will spend the night.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious meals. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Built in Arabian style, the resort impresses with its proximity to the beautiful 900m long private sandy beach. The Fort Arabesque is located on the charming shores of Makadi Bay, approx. 30 km south of Hurghada. The center of Hurghada with its many restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities is approx. 30 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 30 km away.

Facilities

The stylish hotel complex Fort Arabesque is divided into three areas: the Fort Arabesque Resort, the Westbay (Adults-only), and Fort Arabesque The Villas (Adults-only).
The Fort Arabesque Resort has 330 comfortable rooms, a reception, an elevator, and various shops. Culinary specialties are offered in the buffet restaurant. Various bars, such as the "Red Rocks" lobby bar, provide refreshment. In the well-kept outdoor area, six pools (three heated in winter) and two children's pools await you.
The Westbay Adults Only (from 16 years) is equipped with 247 rooms and suites, an elevator, and a reception. A buffet restaurant and a Mexican corner, the "Sunset Bar", "Lobby Bar", and "Windbreaker Bar" cater to your culinary needs. An adult pool (heated in winter) is available in the outdoor area. The Westbay also has a Greek Seafood Restaurant (reservations required).
Fort Arabesque The Villas (bookable from 16 years) has 65 modern villas and an elevator providing access to the sea-view villas. The hotel's amenities include two à la carte restaurants, "The Pavilion" (breakfast and dinner) and "Club159" (lunch and dinner).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) are, apart from being more spacious than the double rooms, located on the ground floor and have a garden view. (Also bookable under HRGB21 with DF2/KD2 and with a minimum occupancy of 3 adults as DF3).

Deluxe Family Room

The renovated Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF) are equipped like the family rooms. They have a large room (approx. 42 m²) with a king-size bed and a bunk bed for the children. The rooms overlook the Jungle Pool.

The Juniorsuites Adults Only (JAO) are more spacious than the double rooms and, with the same amenities as the West Wing double rooms, consist of a seating area, a bathroom, and a sleeping area with sea view.

The Elite Suites (ES2) are equipped like the double rooms, but are more spacious and have a sleeping area with a king-size bed, a bathroom, and a living area. The rooms have a side sea view and are located in the West Wing.

Deluxe Double Room (HRGB21)

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2, approx. 43m²) are similar in furnishings to the double rooms but feature a king-size bed and a single bed, visually separated by a wooden partition.

Villa

The villas (V12) are spacious (approx. 55m²) and have a separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate living room. The Grand Family Suite is approx. 51m² and has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. The Grand Family Suite has one bathroom and a terrace or balcony (GR2).

West Bay Junior Suite Adults Only (HRGB21)

The "West Bay" Junior Suites are bookable for adults only and are approx. 61-75 m² in size. Amenities include two double beds, a seating area, and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub (JS2/JS3).

Apartment (HRGB21)

The apartments are equipped with two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the second with two single beds. Additionally, the apartment has two bathrooms and a large terrace (AP).
Also bookable for occupancy with at least 3 people (AA3) and with at least 4 people (AA4).

Villa Sea View Swim Up (HRGB21)

The villas (M12) are approx. 61 m² in size and are equipped with a living area and a separate bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower and access to the pool (heated in winter). The villas have a terrace with a sea view.
The minimum age for children in the villas is 16 years.
