Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you selected has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable on-site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continuing sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast pack included.
Then back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. You then have the opportunity to visit Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
The ship then continues to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on-site).

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and includes a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. Additionally, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. From winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on loungers or cool off in the pool, enjoying the fantastic views of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or a double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.
Also bookable for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
On the balcony of the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with the same amenities as the suites and may not have a French balcony and seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

Location

The luxurious resort promises holiday dreams under the Egyptian sun. The hotel is located directly on the hotel's own, gently sloping sandy beach and the popular promenade of the tourist resort Hurghada. Start your holiday with a morning walk along the beautiful, long beach and enjoy the sunrise. The hotel offers numerous activities and an impressive pool landscape, so water fun is not neglected. In the immediate vicinity of the resort, you will find a variety of great shopping and entertainment opportunities, as well as the city center, which invites you to stroll. The resort consists of 473 rooms spread across a main building and 2 wings. The complex features a spacious, friendly lobby with a reception, several bars, and shops.
