The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks at the three onboard bars. Additionally, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship has a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the breathtaking view of the landscape along the Nile.

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the cheapest available room category. Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, departure for Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit to the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.

Breakfast on board. Afterwards, the ship continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:

Located directly on the beautiful and long sandy beach of the idyllic Makadi Bay is the popular Hotel Iberotel Makadi Beach. Experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea. The hotel's own reef grows to the shore in places, offering excellent diving and snorkeling conditions. Just a few meters from the hotel is the Makadi Souk, where you can look for souvenirs or enjoy oriental dishes in one of the nice restaurants. Hurghada is located approx. 35 km north.

Facilities

The spacious complex with two-story units stretching along the pool and garden landscape to the beach leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel has 313 rooms, an inviting lobby with a reception area, a fun pub, and shops and boutiques. For your culinary enjoyment, there is a main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants, as well as an oriental restaurant. Additional à la carte restaurants are available to guests in Madinat Makadi for a fee. In the extensive outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter) and a swimming pool with an adjacent children's pool and waterfall, a sun terrace, and a pool bar and a pool restaurant.
