Combination package including a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

When booking the MS Nile Excellence, the following excursions are automatically included: Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo Temple, and the visit to the High Dam in Aswan.

1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
At 5 a.m., a hot air balloon ride is possible (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1, 2, 3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1, 2, 3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1, 2, 3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon journey to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
3rd Day:
Morning journey to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1, 2, 3).
Journey to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
4th Day:
Morning after breakfast visit to the Aswan High Dam (1, 2, 3).
Then visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1, 2, 3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1, 2, 3).
Then visit to a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
5th Day:
Early morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2, 3), breakfast box is included.
Then returning to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight stay and dinner on board.
6th Day:
Breakfast on board. Then the ship sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
7th Day:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Edfu Temple (1, 2, 3).
Afterwards, the ship continues to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1, 2, 3) and the Karnak Temple (1, 2, 3). There is an opportunity for a Sound and Light show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).
8th Day:
Departure.

Amenities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins, distributed across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a front desk. Indulge in culinary delights at the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. Starting winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small gym that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.
Also bookable for single use (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same features as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) with otherwise the same equipment as the suites, and possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet or set menu.
Breakfast includes soft drinks and hot beverages. For lunch and dinner, two soft drinks and one small bottle of water per person are included.

Spend the best time of the year in the beautiful complex of the Albatros Palace Resort. This very spacious holiday complex is located directly on the hotel's own sandy beach with a house reef. Here you can experience the beauty of the Red Sea while diving and snorkeling. It is about 18 km to the center of Hurghada and approx. 11 km to the airport.

Amenities

Organize your holiday day with numerous activities, relax afterward in the wellness area, and enjoy international delicacies in the various restaurants. The appealing upper-class hotel consists of a main building and several side buildings, in which the total of 621 rooms are distributed. The hotel offers a reception with a spacious lobby, a hairdresser/beauty salon (for a fee), a shopping arcade, and an ATM in the luxurious reception area. Six restaurants, including Asian and Italian cuisine, various bars, cafes, and an oriental pub delight the palate. For the price of 75 € for adults and 38 € for children up to 11 years, in addition to free daily admission including snacks and soft drinks, the transfer from/to the accommodation hotel is also included.
