Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced room category available. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Sightseeing on the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, including Karnak and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Sightseeing on the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to West Thebes to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.
Afterwards, proceed to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.

Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Afterwards, visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Then opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Voyage to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.

The ship features a welcoming reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals. The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and feature a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.

Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and feature a small round window.

Single Cabin

With the same equipment as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The best time of the year can be experienced in the idyllic resort of the Pickalbatros Palace Resort. This spacious holiday resort is located directly on the hotel's own sandy beach. Deeper water can be reached comfortably via a jetty. Only 18 km from the center of Hurghada and about 11 km from the airport, a place of relaxation awaits you here.

Facilities

The holiday day can be designed with a variety of activities: After intensive outdoor experiences, the wellness area ensures deep relaxation. International delicacies in the various restaurants round off the culinary experience. The appealing upscale hotel consists of a main building and several annexes, in which the total of 621 rooms are distributed. The hotel offers a reception in the luxurious entrance area with a spacious lobby, a hairdresser/beauty salon (for a fee), a shopping arcade, and an ATM. Six restaurants, including Moroccan and Italian cuisine, various bars, cafes, and an oriental pub delight the palate. In the generously landscaped outdoor area, there is a large lagoon-style pool landscape with various pools (1 of which is heated from November to April), a swim-up bar, and a separate fun area for children with slides and fountains (1 heatable children's pool). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge on the sun terraces and at the beach.
