The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor refreshing drinks from the three bars on board. Furthermore, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship has a small gym, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the sun deck loungers or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic views of the landscape along the Nile.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, bookable locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 am, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.
Then back to Kom Ombo.

Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. You then have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
The ship then sails on to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked additionally on site).

Spend the best time of your year in the beautiful grounds of the Albatros Palace Resort. This very generously laid out holiday resort is located directly on the hotel's own sandy beach with a house reef. Here you can experience the beauty of the Red Sea while diving and snorkeling. The center of Hurghada is about 18 km away, the airport approx. 11 km.

Facilities

Design your holiday day with numerous activities, then relax in the wellness area, and enjoy international delicacies in the various restaurants. The appealing upscale hotel consists of a main building and several annexes, which house a total of 621 rooms. The hotel offers a reception with a spacious lobby in the luxurious entrance area, a hairdresser/beauty salon (for a fee), a shopping arcade, and an ATM. Six restaurants, including Asian and Italian cuisine, various bars, cafes, and an oriental pub will delight your palate. In the generously laid-out outdoor area, there is a large, lagoon-style pool landscape with several pools (1 of which is heated from November to April) and a separate fun area for children with slides and fountains (1 heated children's pool).
