Location

The Mövenpick Resort & Spa is located in the heart of El Gouna, idyllically situated on one of the numerous peninsulas with its own exclusive beach, nestled between the Red Sea and a picturesque lagoon. The charming town center of El Gouna, offering a multitude of restaurants and shops, is about 1.5 km away. The picturesque Abu Tig Marina, an exclusive marina with a variety of restaurants and shops, is about 3.5 km away. The resort is located about 27 km north of the center of Hurghada and about 40 km from Hurghada airport.

The spacious hotel complex in Mediterranean style comprises a total of 420 rooms, harmoniously distributed across seven different buildings. The particularly spacious and elegantly furnished lobby welcomes guests with a stylish reception and comfortable seating; safes are available free of charge. The buffet restaurant "Palavrion" and three à la carte restaurants, offering an exquisite selection of seafood, oriental, and Italian specialties, provide culinary highlights. The offering is rounded off by a cozy bar, two pool bars, and a souvenir shop. The hotel's own spa area invites guests to relaxing wellness experiences with six different treatment rooms. In the extensive outdoor area, a well-maintained garden landscape with three pools and a separate children's pool, some of which are heated in winter, stretches out. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge both by the pool and on the beach.

The modernly furnished double rooms (D) are spacious (approx. 40 m²) equipped with a king-size bed or two twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, coffee and tea maker, minibar, Wi-Fi, safe (free of charge) and a terrace with garden view.
Also available for single occupancy (DE) and as type I (DI).

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The Deluxe Double Rooms with Sea View (DDM) are equipped like the double rooms, but also have a sea view and a balcony or terrace. Sparkling wine on arrival.
Also available for single occupancy (DM1).

Double Room Deluxe Lagoon View

The Deluxe Double Rooms Lagoon View (D2L) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but offer a view of the lagoon and have a balcony or terrace.
Also available for single occupancy (1DL) and as type I (DLI).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 50 m²) and additionally feature an open sleeping area (maisonette) and a balcony with a view of the lagoon or the pool.

Breakfast buffet in "Palavrion" from 7-10:30 a.m., late riser breakfast from 10:30-11 a.m., lunch from 1-3 p.m. and dinner from 6-10 p.m. either in "Palavrion" (buffet) or in the à la carte restaurant "Gallery" (Italian) from 6:30-10 p.m.
Afternoon snacks from 12-4 p.m., ice cream from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and coffee, tea, and cake from 3-5 p.m.

Dine Around

The Dine-Around program allows guests with half board, full board, or all-inclusive to enjoy a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants of other hotels – without any additional cost for the food (drinks excluded).
Depending on the length of stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer multiple times: 1x for stays of four nights or more, up to 3x for five to seven nights, and up to 4x for eight nights or more. Guests from 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from a 3 or 4-star hotel can dine in establishments of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Kleos and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, bookable on-site).
Morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit the double temple (1,2,3).
Sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins spread across three different decks. On the middle deck, you will find an impressive and generously designed reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Two bars provide refreshing drinks, one on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also offers plenty of loungers for relaxation and a spacious pool with two integrated whirlpools.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with belly dancers, Galabeya parties, folklore shows, and a nightclub.

Cabin

The tastefully furnished cabins (17 m²) have a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, and safe. All cabins also have floor-to-ceiling windows and a French balcony.

Cabin Single Occupancy

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 11m²) and with only one bed.
