Product information

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Visit to the Luxor Museum in the afternoon (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. After breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Departure from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.
Lunch and dinner, as well as overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
After breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Journey to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Continue to Esna and visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Overnight stay on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins distributed across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes for your culinary enjoyment. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to browse and shop. The spacious sun deck features a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Drinks are available at an additional charge.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore performances.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approximately 19 sq m and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sq m) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The charming town center of El Gouna, offering a wealth of restaurants and shops, is about 1.5 km away. The picturesque Abu Tig Marina, an exclusive yacht harbor with a variety of restaurants and shops, is about 3.5 km away. The resort is located about 27 km north of Hurghada city center and approx. 40 km from Hurghada airport.

Double Room Deluxe Lagoon View

The Double Rooms Deluxe Lagoon View (D2L) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, with a view of the lagoon and a balcony or terrace.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 50 sq m) and also feature an open sleeping area (maisonette) and a balcony overlooking the lagoon or the pool.
