Product information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m., optional hot air balloon excursion (can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Departure from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will also take place.
Lunch and dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then an opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Travel to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Departure to Esna and visit to the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes for your culinary enjoyment. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The Mövenpick Resort & Spa is located in the heart of El Gouna, idyllically situated on one of the many peninsulas with its own exclusive beach, nestled between the Red Sea and a picturesque lagoon. The charming town center of El Gouna, offering a wealth of restaurants and shops, is about 1.5 km away. The picturesque Abu Tig Marina, an exclusive yacht harbor with a variety of restaurants and shops, is about 3.5 km away. The resort is located about 27 km north of Hurghada city center and about 40 km from Hurghada Airport.

The spacious hotel complex in Mediterranean style comprises a total of 420 rooms, harmoniously distributed across seven different buildings. The particularly spacious and elegantly furnished reception hall welcomes guests with a stylish reception and comfortable seating; safes are available there free of charge. Culinary highlights are provided by the buffet restaurant "Palavrion" and three à la carte restaurants offering an exquisite selection of seafood, oriental, and Italian specialties. Deluxe Double Room Sea View

The Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View (DDM) are equipped like the double rooms but also have a sea view and a balcony or terrace. Sparkling wine upon arrival.

Deluxe Double Room Lagoon View

The Deluxe Double Rooms Lagoon View (D2L) have the same amenities as the double rooms but overlook the lagoon and have a balcony or terrace.
Also available for single use (1DL) and as type I (DLI).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 50 m²) and additionally feature an open sleeping area (maisonette) and a balcony overlooking the lagoon or pool.
