Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Sailing to Edfu in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continuing sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Day 7:
Breakfast. You then have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
The ship then continues to Luxor.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and relax with cool drinks from the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

The brightly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or a double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
The Royal Suites also have a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same amenities as the suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) and may not have a French balcony or seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

Spend a wonderful holiday with direct beach access at the popular Beach Albatros Resort from the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Red Sea and be enchanted. The holiday complex is located directly on the fine sandy beach and is considered particularly family-friendly. The center of Hurghada is about 17 km away, the airport about 11 km.

This particularly family-friendly resort has 678 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalows. Upper floors can be comfortably reached by the five elevators. The reception hall offers a reception and a lobby bar. There are four different buffet restaurants ("L'Asiatique" - Asian, "Le Marche" - international, "Culina" - seafood, "Sidi Ali" - oriental cuisine), an à la carte restaurant, a shisha corner (for a fee), various bars, as well as a hairdresser and boutiques. The "Dolce Vita Lounge Bar", newly opened in summer 2023, impresses with its luxurious atmosphere and delicious cocktails. Outdoors, the pool landscape extends over a total of 9 swimming pools (some heated in winter), four of which have integrated children's areas, and a children's pool, 13 slides for adults and 9 slides for children, ensuring plenty of water fun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach.

The Double Superior Pool View rooms (DSP) are equipped like the Bungalow Garden View rooms but are larger (approx. 36 sqm) and have a pool view. The rooms may be located in the main building or in the annex buildings.

The Double Room Sea View (approx. 24 sqm, DM) have the same amenities as the Bungalow Garden View rooms, additionally feature sea view and are located in the main building.
