Combined product featuring a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the arrival flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise follows, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The holiday package you have selected has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

A balloon flight is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon trip to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning cruise to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Cruise to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Afterwards, visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Day 7:
Breakfast. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Then the ship continues to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a Sound and Light Show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Let yourself be spoiled with culinary delights in the main restaurant and enjoy the cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available to you. From winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small gym, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² in size and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.
Also bookable for single use (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) feature the same amenities as the suites, but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² in size and otherwise feature the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same amenities as the suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) and may be without a French balcony and without a seating area, instead featuring a non-opening window.

Spend a wonderful holiday with direct beach access at the popular Beach Albatros Resort of the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Red Sea and let yourself be enchanted. The resort is located directly on the fine-grained sandy beach and is considered particularly family-friendly. It is about 17 km to the center of Hurghada and approx. 11 km to the airport.

Facilities

This particularly family-friendly resort features 678 rooms distributed across a main building and several bungalows. Upper floors can be comfortably reached via the five elevators. The lobby area offers a reception and a lobby bar. There are four different buffet restaurants ("L'Asiatique"-Asian, "Le Marche"-international, "Culina"-seafood, "Sidi Ali"-Oriental cuisine), an à-la-carte restaurant, a shisha corner (for a fee), various bars, as well as a hairdresser and boutiques. The "Dolce Vita Lounge Bar," newly opened in summer 2023, delights with a luxurious atmosphere and delicious cocktails. In the outdoor area, the pool landscape extends over a total of 9 swimming pools (partially heated in winter), four of which have an integrated children's area and a kids' pool, 13 slides for adults, and 9 slides for children, which ensure plenty of water fun. The bungalows with garden view (BG2) are approx. 30 m² in size and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, tiles, air conditioning, telephone, safe (included), satellite TV, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water per person per day included), electric kettle, and a balcony or terrace.

The double rooms with sea view (approx. 24 m², DM) have the same amenities as the bungalows with garden view, additionally feature a sea view, and are located in the main building.

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (SSZ) feature the same amenities as the bungalows with garden view, are distributed throughout the hotel complex, and have limited inventory.

Suite sea view

The suites with sea view (S2M) have the same amenities as the bungalows with garden view, but are more spacious (approx. 48 m²) with a combined living/bedroom and a separate bedroom. The rooms are located in the main building.

Double room Deluxe (HRGA05)

These double rooms are approx. 28 m² in size and equipped with air conditioning, TV, shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (DD2/DD3). Optionally also bookable without a specific view (DDA), with pool view and slightly smaller (approx. 24 m², DPB), facing the sea (approx. 24 m², X2M), or with sea view (approx. 24 m², DDM).
