Combined product featuring a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-cruise stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
Sightseeing on the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. optional hot air balloon excursion (can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
3rd Day:
Sightseeing on the West Bank. Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
4th Day:
Continuing from Esna.
Then continuing to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.

5th Day:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Afterwards, opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals for your well-being. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Spend a wonderful vacation with a direct beach location in the popular Beach Albatros Resort of the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Red Sea and let yourself be enchanted. The resort is located directly on the fine-grained sandy beach and is considered particularly family-friendly. The center of Hurghada is about 17 km away, and the airport is approx. 11 km away.

Facilities

This particularly family-friendly resort features 678 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalows. Upper floors can be reached comfortably via five elevators. The lobby hall offers a reception and a lobby bar. There are four different buffet restaurants ("L'Asiatique"-Asian, "Le Marche"-international, "Culina"-seafood, "Sidi Ali"-oriental cuisine), an à-la-carte restaurant, a shisha corner (for a fee), various bars, as well as a hairdresser and boutiques. The "Dolce Vita Lounge Bar," newly opened in summer 2023, delights with a luxurious atmosphere and delicious cocktails. In the outdoor area, the pool landscape stretches across a total of 9 swimming pools (partially heated in winter), four of which have an integrated children's area and a children's pool, 13 slides for adults, as well as 9 slides for children, which ensure plenty of water fun. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach.

Bungalow garden view

The bungalows with garden view (BG2) have a size of approx. 30 m² and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, tiles, air conditioning, telephone, safe (included), satellite TV, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water per person per day included), electric kettle, and balcony or terrace.
Additionally bookable as Type I room (BGI/DEI) with a special price and limited allotment.

The bungalows are identical in size and equipment to the bungalows with garden view, but the view may differ (BU/B2A/B1B).

The Double room sea view (approx. 24 m², DM) has the same equipment as the Bungalow garden view, additionally features a sea view, and is located in the main building.
Also bookable for single use (DEM).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (SSZ) have the same equipment as the Bungalow garden view, are distributed throughout the hotel complex, and have a limited allotment.

The family rooms (DF2) have the same equipment as the Bungalow garden view but are larger (approx. 48 m²), consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a balcony or terrace.

Suite sea view

The suites with sea view (S2M) have the same equipment as the Bungalow garden view but are more spacious (approx. 48 m²) with a living/bedroom and a separate bedroom. The rooms are located in the main building.

Double room Deluxe (HRGA05)

These double rooms are approx. 28 m² and are equipped with air conditioning, TV, shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace with a view of the garden (DD2/DD3). Optionally also bookable without a special view (DDA), with pool view, slightly smaller with approx. 24 m² (DPB), towards the sea side (approx. 24 m², X2M), or with sea view (approx. 24 m², DDM).
