Travel Information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Steigenberger Minerva and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected lasts for 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on board the ship is always for seven days according to the program. Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West
to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Temple of Habu (1,2,3).
Then continue to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo where you have free time.
Continue to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Aswan Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3)
Then there is an opportunity for a camel ride (3) on the way to visit a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.

Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, optional excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3). Breakfast package included.

The Nile cruise ship of the renowned Steigenberger hotel chain has a total of 77 outside cabins spread across various decks. It also features a main restaurant, a 24-hour reception, a lounge bar, a hairdresser (on request), a souvenir shop, and a sun deck with a pool and bar. Bath towels are included on board.

The spacious hotel complex of the popular Dana Beach Resort is located directly on its own lagoon sand beach in the southern hotel zone of Hurghada. Spend a wonderful family holiday and enjoy Egyptian hospitality. The center is about 18 km away (limousine service for a fee). Hurghada Airport is about 10 km away.

Facilities

The hotel complex consists of a main building and three-story residential buildings with a total of 866 rooms. A sea water lagoon leads from the beach through the spacious and beautifully designed garden area to the reception building and can be navigated by shuttle boats. Facilities include a stylish lobby with reception, six buffet restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, Oriental, and German), various bars, shops, and a hairdresser.
The outdoor area features three swimming pools with integrated children's area (two of which are heated in winter, one with water slides for children), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. A brand-new highlight of the pool landscape is the newly built aquapark with 18 different slides for all ages (11 for adults and 7 for children), which add an extra dose of excitement and action to your vacation. Deluxe Double Room (HRGA07)
