The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).

Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.

Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. You then have the opportunity to visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
The ship then continues to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked additionally on site).

Location

The spacious hotel complex of the popular Dana Beach Resort is located directly on its own lagoon sandy beach in the southern hotel zone of Hurghada. Spend a great family holiday and enjoy Egyptian hospitality. The center is about 18 km away (limousine service for a fee). Hurghada Airport is about 10 km away.

Facilities

The hotel complex consists of a main building and three-story residential buildings with a total of 866 rooms. A seawater lagoon leads from the beach through the spacious and beautifully designed garden to the reception building and is navigable by shuttle boats. Facilities include a stylish reception hall with a reception desk, six buffet restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, Oriental, and German), various bars, shops, and a hairdresser.
The outdoor area features three swimming pools with an integrated children's area (two of which are heated in winter, one with water slides for children), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. A brand-new highlight of the pool landscape is the newly built aquapark with 18 different slides for adults and children, adding an extra dose of excitement and action to your vacation. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park can be booked if needed.
