Product information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m., optional balloon excursion (can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late in the evening, sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Sailing from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where you will spend the night.
Lunch and dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then the opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Sailing to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Sailing to Esna and visit to the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins distributed over several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious dishes. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to browse and shop. The spacious sun deck has a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner as a buffet. Drinks at a charge.

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 sqm and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single use (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Location

The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a beautifully landscaped 1,500-meter lagoon with its own beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. From Zeytouna Beach, a long jetty leads out into the Red Sea. From there, experience the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling. The center of El Gouna is approx. 350 m away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 kilometers away.

Built in the Nubian village style, the complex impresses with a cozy flair, characterized by towers, domes, and arches, and features 434 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting reception area with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas of the complex. In the outdoor area, there are four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two small slides, aqua splash pool with four different water slides, dolphin pool), three of which are heated in winter. There are also four children's pools for the little ones, three of which are heated in winter. One of these pools has small slides and water games. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pools and on the hotel's own beach. For your culinary well-being, there is a main restaurant and four different specialty restaurants, as well as various bars.

Comfort Double Room (DK2)

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 21 sqm) have been completely renovated and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, kettle, coffee/tea maker, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with pool and garden view. Also available for single occupancy (DK1).

Premium Room (PR2)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 28 sqm), these rooms have a pool/garden or lagoon view. Also available for single occupancy (PR1).

Family Room (DF2)

The cozy family rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 37 sqm).

Superior Double Room

The newly bookable Superior rooms (DSU, 28 sqm) have been renovated and offer a choice of different views, depending on the room's location in the hotel – either with a garden view or a refreshing pool view. The rooms are equipped with two different types of beds: a spacious king-size bed or two single beds, according to your preference. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kettle for making tea and coffee, and a safe.
Also bookable for 3 people (TDS) and for single occupancy (DSE).

Superior Plus Double Room

The rooms (DSB) are more spacious (approx. 35 sqm) with similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms and have been renovated and are newly bookable.
