Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all connecting transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight must arrive in Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must depart from Luxor.

Sightseeing of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m., hot air balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.

Day 3:
Sightseeing of the West Bank. After breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a 1,500-meter-long, beautifully landscaped lagoon with a hotel-owned beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. From Zeytouna Beach, a long jetty leads out into the Red Sea. Experience the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling from there. The center of El Gouna is approx. 350 m away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 kilometers away.

Amenities

Built in a Nubian village style, the resort inspires with a cozy flair, characterized by towers, domes, and arches, and features 434 comfortably furnished rooms, spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting lobby with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas. In the outdoor area, there are four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two smaller slides, Aqua Splash pool with four different water slides, Dolphin pool), three of which can be heated in winter. Four children's pools are also available for younger guests, three of which can be heated in winter. One of these pools features small slides and water games. The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 21 m²) have been fully renovated and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, electric kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with pool view and garden view. Premium Room (PR2)

With the same equipment as the double rooms but more spacious (approx. 28 m²), these rooms have a pool/garden or lagoon view. Also bookable for single occupancy (PR1).

The cozy family rooms have the same equipment features as the double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 37 m²).

Double Room Superior

The newly bookable Superior rooms (DSU, 28 m²) are renovated and offer a choice of different views, depending on the room's location in the hotel – either with a view of the garden or the refreshing pool. The rooms are equipped with two different types of beds: a spacious king-size bed or two single beds, as preferred. The rooms feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities.

Additionally, the restaurant offers teatime with various snacks from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Various specialty restaurants are also available: "Greenhouse" with vegan and vegetarian dishes in the morning (7:30-11:00 in buffet form), lunch (11-15 as à-la-carte for a fee), and dinner (18-21 as à-la-carte for a fee with prior reservation). "Lagoon Lunch" at noon (12-15 as à-la-carte). "Dolce Vita" with Italian dishes (18:30-21 as à-la-carte) and "Chez Pascal" with a selection of various specialties (18:30-21 as à-la-carte for a fee on Fridays).
