Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have chosen has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
3rd Day:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sailing to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
4th Day:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship features a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites, spread over three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxury ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. In addition, the ship offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Also, enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² in size and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, the middle deck, and the upper deck.

Economy Cabin

With the same facilities as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are, with similar equipment elements to the Executive Cabin, more spacious (approx. 34 m²) and also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². They also feature a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

Location

The True Beach Resort, which consists of the sections „True Beach Resort“ (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. Designed in an Arabic boho style, the complex is located south of Marsa Alam and lies on a dreamlike coastal section with a bay in front with crystal-clear water in the first beach row. Coral reefs invite you to go snorkeling. The Marsa Alam airport is approximately 90 kilometers away from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, paired with modern Arabic accents, and thus offers a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort", which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, which is bookable from age 16. The complex features a total of 158 rooms spread over both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating in indoor and outdoor areas (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby, there is a rooftop bar "Sama Bar". The village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a generous water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that lead through the entire complex and are at the same time the pools of the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool that offers a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, the pool bar "Scarab Bar" awaits you, as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Guests of the village section also have access to a Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and an Asian restaurant "NORI", both located on the beach. At the beach, guests additionally find the bars "ILIOS Bar" as well as "Salt Bar". Furthermore, guests of the village section have access to the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area features two generous pools as well as a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, reachable via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas for young and old with loungers and beanbags.
