Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all transfers in between. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next available embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship always takes place for seven Days according to the program. The pre-stay and post-stay at the hotel depend on your arrival Day and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Embarkation: Saturdays
1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
3rd Day:
Morning after breakfast, visit to Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sailing to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue to Aswan. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
4th Day:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca trip on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit to a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
5th Day:
Early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
6th Day:
Morning after breakfast, free time. You will have a Day to relax and enjoy the ship while sailing downstream to Luxor.
Then opportunity for a Sound and Light Show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).
Overnight and dinner on board.
7th Day:
At 5 AM, excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, the Karnak Temple, and the Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
8th Day:
Departure.

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites, which are spread over three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to keep fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Also enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² in size and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (EEX).

Suite

The suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² in size and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, the middle deck, and the upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (S1).

Saver Cabin

With the same facilities as the Executive cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar equipment elements to the Executive cabin and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². It also has a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal suites are located on all three decks.

Location

Spend a wonderful holiday at the Arabella Azur Resort under the sun of Egypt. The architecturally charming resort is located in a small protected bay in the heart of Hurghada. The private sandy bathing bay delights with a dreamily beautiful house reef, which offers the best conditions for exploring the colorful underwater world. Stairs make it easy to enter the crystal-clear water of the Red Sea. The lively city center of Hurghada with various shopping and entertainment options is only approx. 3 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 10 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, built in the typical local Nubian style, has 295 rooms, which are distributed across the main building and five annex buildings. Amenities at the hotel include a spacious lobby with a reception and comfortable seating. Various shops also invite you to browse on the grounds. For culinary enjoyment, there are two buffet restaurants (international and Italian) and two à la carte restaurants ("Bordiehn's Restaurant" - reservation required, drinks for a fee, and "Al Raouche" - Lebanese cuisine - for a fee), several bars, and a café. A music pub in the outdoor area complements the offerings.
