Travel information

Combination package featuring a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all transfers between components. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay prior to the cruise is mandatory. The next possible embarkation date will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-cruise hotel stay depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon cruise to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and cruise to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue to Aswan. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit to a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box included.

Day 6:
Morning after breakfast, free time. You will have a day to relax and enjoy the ship while cruising downstream to Luxor.
Then, opportunity for a Sound and Light show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

At 5 a.m., excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked on site).

Amenities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites, distributed over three decks. All cabins and suites feature a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship has a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers fitness facilities to keep you in shape. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle and upper decks.

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, middle deck, and upper deck.

Economy Cabin

Same features as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar amenities to the Executive Cabin and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². They also feature a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.
