Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday including all inter-transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay before is mandatory. The next possible embarkation is always selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast, visit to Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continue to Aswan. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

Amenities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship features a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites distributed across three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship features a main restaurant, a reception, a lounge bar, and a small bazaar. The ship also offers a fitness area to keep fit. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² in size and equipped with private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
Also available for single use (EEX).

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but are larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, middle deck, and upper deck.
Also available for single use (S1).

Economy Cabin

With the same amenities as the Executive Cabins, but somewhat smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar features to the Executive Cabins and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². It also features a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

SUNRISE Select Garden Beach Resort

Location

The spacious hotel complex is located directly on the hotel's own 400 m long sandy beach. On the beach, there is a jetty that facilitates entry into deeper water and creates the perfect conditions for snorkeling. From here, guests can explore the beautiful and diverse underwater world of the Red Sea. The nearest shopping center, the Senzo Mall, is approx. 300 m away. The center of Hurghada is about 20 km away, the international airport of Hurghada is about 15 km away.

Amenities

In the popular 5-star family resort, you will experience water fun for the whole family! The complex is embedded in a beautiful and generously landscaped garden area. Spend a great family holiday and enjoy Egyptian hospitality. The hotel complex, which is particularly popular with regular guests, has 483 comfortably furnished rooms, which are distributed over several three-story buildings. In the main building, there is the reception, the Sun Ray lobby bar, and the Giardino buffet restaurant. The spacious and well-maintained garden area offers a large pool landscape consisting of three freshwater pools (Moroccan Pool, Aqua Pool, as well as a children's pool with slides; heatable in winter). A highlight of the resort is the hotel's own water park with twelve different water slides (usage from 1.20 m) and a separate area with two children's slides (Octopus, Snake), which will make the hearts of big and small water fans beat faster.

Superior Double Room

The 45 m² tastefully furnished Superior double rooms (D) feature a telephone, bathroom with shower or bathtub/WC, hairdryer, coffee and tea maker, seating area, minibar (daily refill with water, once a week refill with soft drinks), air conditioning, safe, TV, balcony or terrace.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe double rooms (DD2/DD1) have the same amenities as the double rooms, are also approx. 45 m² in size, and additionally feature a king-size bed or two single beds, a seating area with a side table, and a vanity table.
Optionally bookable with pool view (DPB/DPE) or side sea view (DDS/EDD) as well as Type I (DDI) at a special price, limited availability.

Katta Family Room

The Katta Family Rooms (KWF) with bunk bed are bookable as original Schauinsland-Reisen rooms and appear freshly renovated in Katta style (bookable under KWF as well as DF2).
In the rooms, there are further amenities for the little ones, such as a high bed in Katta style, a Katta play corner with beanbags and a small table with chairs, as well as an extra Smart TV with HDMI connection and Katta's height measure on the wall. Furthermore, the sockets are equipped with child protection. In the bathrooms, there are towel holders at child height as well as a small step in front of the sink. With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are also approx. 45 m² in size.
Also bookable as a double room (FR2).
For 2 adults and 3 children, there is only limited space available.

Katta Family Suite

The family suites (2FS/FMK) are bookable as original Schauinsland-Reisen rooms and are renovated.
The suites are approx. 75 m² in size and consist of two separate bedrooms with a master bedroom with a king-size bed and another bedroom with two single beds, which are separated from each other by a hallway. Both rooms have their own bathroom with shower. The double rooms with a king-size bed are equipped analogously to the double rooms and feature a Smart TV with HDMI connection. The rooms with two single beds feature special lighting effects, a dresser with Smart TV and HDMI connection, as well as a chill-out area with a beanbag. The sockets are equipped with child protection, the bathrooms feature a small step as well as towel holders at child height.
Please note that Katta and his friends are not graphically represented in the Katta family suites.
The family suites are also bookable with 4 adults.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (JS2) are approx. 80 m² in size and consist of a living/sleeping room with extra sleeping possibilities and a separate bedroom. The rooms also feature a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace.
