Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday including all inter-hotel transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next available embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The preliminary and subsequent stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a viewing of the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sailing to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Afterwards, visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).

Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), a breakfast box is included.

Morning after breakfast at leisure. You will have a day to relax and enjoy the ship while sailing downstream to Luxor.
Afterwards, opportunity for a sound and light show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

At 5 AM, hot air balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on site).

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile cruise ship features a total of 40 beautiful exterior cabins and suites spread across three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship features a main restaurant, a reception, a lounge bar, and a small bazaar. The ship also offers opportunities to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Pool towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle and upper decks.
Also bookable for single use (EEX).

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins but are larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the Main Deck, the middle deck, and the upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (S1).

Economy Cabin

With the same equipment as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) have similar features to the Executive Cabin but are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². It also features a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

Location

The Sultan Bey is located directly on one of the many lagoons of El Gouna on a peninsula. Downtown and numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities are approx. 300 m away. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, a holiday atmosphere sets in immediately. On the opposite island, Zeytouna, is the beautiful public sandy beach "Zeytouna Beach" (bathing shoes recommended), which you can reach with the free shuttle boat. A 400 m long jetty, the "Zeytouna Pier," makes accessing deeper water easier here. On "Zeytouna Island," the à la carte restaurant and sports facilities can be used for a fee. The resort is located approx. 25 km north of Hurghada. Hurghada Airport is approx. 40 km away.

The small and cozy hotel complex is built in classic Egyptian style. The hotel impresses with beautiful inner courtyards and 115 elegantly furnished rooms, which are distributed across the main building and several side buildings. The hotel features an inviting lobby with a reception, cozy seating areas, and a lobby bar. The main restaurant provides culinary delights, with a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the lagoon. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heatable) with an integrated children's pool, as well as sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and cushions are included at the pool and at "Zeytouna Beach."

The Premium Double Rooms with Lagoon View (L2Z) feature the same amenities as the double rooms and additionally offer a pool or lagoon view.
The rooms are bookable starting Winter 2025/26.
