Travel information

Combination package including a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next available embarkation will always be booked.

Notice

The travel package you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The preliminary and subsequent hotel stay depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast excursion to the West Bank to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast visit to the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).

Amenities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship features a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites, spread over three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² in size and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, the middle deck, and the upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (S1).

Economy Cabin

With the same amenities as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) than the Executive Cabin with similar amenities, and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². It also has a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

The stylish resort features 325 rooms, distributed across various buildings. An inviting lobby with reception welcomes guests. Two buffet restaurants and four à-la-carte restaurants provide culinary delights with Asian, Italian, and oriental delicacies as well as grilled specialties (1 visit to one of the à-la-carte restaurants included). Seven bars offer a wide selection of drinks. The well-kept and spacious gardens include three freshwater swimming pools, two of which can be heated in winter, as well as two children's pools (one of them with a sun canopy). The Superior Deluxe Rooms (SDX) feature the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms and are designed for an occupancy of 2+1 persons. These rooms are also bookable for single use (SED).

Family Room Pool View

The spacious Family Rooms (FP2) are about 45 m² in size and offer the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms. Additionally, they have two extra sofa beds in a sleeping area visually separated by a curtain.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF) offer the same amenities as the Family Rooms but additionally feature a sleeping area separated by a curtain, an additional seating area, and a kitchenette with a microwave. With a size of about 55 m², they are also more spacious.
These rooms are also bookable with a pool view (FPD).

The 2-Bedroom Apartments (A22) are about 100 m² and feature two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchenette with a microwave, an open living/dining area, a safe, air conditioning, a TV, a coffee/tea maker, as well as a balcony or terrace. These apartments are also bookable with a pool view (2P2).

All meals are served in buffet style. Restaurant opening times may be changed at any time by the management depending on hotel occupancy or season. Early bird breakfast is offered from 5 AM to 7 AM, breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM (in winter from 6 PM to 9 PM). Various snacks are available from 12 PM to 4 PM (in winter from 12 PM to 3:30 PM), as well as cake, coffee, and tea from 3 PM to 5 PM and ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM. For our little guests, the resort offers an international kids' club for children aged 4 to 12. Opening times are from 10 AM to 1 PM and from 3 PM to 5 PM. There is a varied program including treasure hunts, kids' shows, face painting, a playground, mini disco, and a children's pool. Additionally, there is a covered children's pool and a covered playground as well as a separate children's buffet.
The Kids Club is open 6 days a week. Upon request and subject to availability, a baby cot, baby monitor, high chair, baby bathtub, baby toilet, and child step stool are provided.
