Travel information

Package product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship always takes place for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the boarding day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and harbor are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and boarding. Visit to the Luxor Museum (3) in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
After breakfast in the morning, excursion to West Thebes to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Sail to Esna in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
After breakfast in the morning, visit to the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
After breakfast in the morning, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Felucca trip on the Nile in the afternoon (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus at 3:30 AM (2,3), breakfast package included.

Free time in the morning after breakfast. You will have a day to relax and enjoy the ship while sailing downstream to Luxor.

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites, spread across three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship has a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the possibility to keep fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided free of charge to guests.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² in size and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle and upper deck.
Also bookable for single occupancy (EEX).

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but are larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a Nile view is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the Main Deck, Middle Deck, and Upper Deck.
Also bookable for single occupancy (S1).

Economy Cabin

With the same amenities as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar amenities to the Executive Cabin and also have a balcony of approx. 4 m². They also feature a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

Built in Nubian style, the Sheraton Miramar Resort invites you to relax and unwind. The beautiful hotel complex extends over nine small islands, on which the various hotel buildings are spread out. The island landscape is connected by wooden bridges. The resort, designed by the famous architect Michael Graves, with 339 rooms fascinates with its colorful combination of Arabic and Nubian style and its location amidst a beautiful, exotic garden landscape. The comfortable, social facilities include the spacious lobby with a reception, several well-maintained lounges, various shops, a hairdresser, and a beauty salon. Indulge in culinary delights at the main restaurant "Miramar" and the two à la carte restaurants. Various bars are spread throughout the beautiful complex, including the impressive "Miramar Bar," which offers snacks and drinks. Double Room Premium Side Sea View

The rooms (P2D) have a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar (refilled daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea making facilities, seating area, safe, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a side sea view and have been renovated.

Beachfront Deluxe Room

The newly renovated Beachfront Deluxe Rooms (BF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the first row of the beach. Also bookable for single occupancy (BF1).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but consist of two rooms with a connecting door.

The Superior Suites (SU2) are similar in amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, but do not have a walk-in shower and are larger at approx. 42m².

The main restaurant "Miramar" offers breakfast (7-10:30 AM) and dinner (6-9:30 PM), both buffet style. Lunch is served in the "Miramar" or "Waves" restaurant. Local beer, local spirits, and local wines, soft drinks, ice cream, tea, mineral water, and coffee are included around the clock at the respective open bar. Drinks in the minibar are also included (daily refill of soft drinks).
