Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay prior to the cruise is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. The pre-cruise and post-cruise stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride can be booked in the morning at 5 a.m. (optional, can only be booked locally).
Breakfast on board. Afterward, tour of the West Bank including the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3), Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Afterward, continue to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Afterward, continue to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
After arriving in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1,2,3).
Continue toward Aswan. Dinner on board.

Spend a fantastic family holiday at the "Steigenberger Aqua Magic". The 5-star hotel offers fun for the whole family and delights both young and old with its extensive water park. The tastefully designed „ALDAU Art Promenade“ separates the resort from the gently sloping sandy beach, located approx. 400 meters away. Let yourself be fascinated by the magical underwater world of the Red Sea while snorkeling or diving. If required, the hotel offers shuttle services to the beach (subject to availability). Your holiday destination is located in the newer part of Hurghada on the modern promenade with oriental cafés, bars, and international pubs, as well as small shops. It is approx. 6 km to the center of Hurghada with the famous "Sakalla". Hurghada airport is approx. 5 km away.

The extensive hotel resort is specially designed to be child-friendly and family-oriented, featuring 718 spacious rooms and suites. The resort welcomes guests in a spacious lobby with reception and lobby bar, as well as a cozy lounge with seating. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. The outdoor area contains nine swimming pools, one with an integrated children's pool over 2,600m², which can be partially heated in winter. Furthermore, the hotel features an aqua park with various water slides that can be used by guests from 1.20 meters in height. The highlight for all water enthusiasts is the 400-meter-long “Lazy River” that flows through the entire resort. A relax pool, accessible only to adults, is located on the rooftop terrace. The double rooms (DA) feature similar amenities as the superior double rooms but are slightly smaller (approx. 24 m²) and have a renovated, modern style. The rooms do not have a balcony. Wi-Fi access for 2 devices is free of charge.

The “Magic Flavors” main restaurant offers breakfast (07-10:30 a.m.), lunch (1-3 p.m.), and dinner (6-9:30 p.m.) in buffet form with theme nights and live cooking stations. Additionally, the following à-la-carte restaurants are available: The “Magic Orient Restaurant” offers oriental dinner. The “Magic Palappa Restaurant” offers Italian cuisine as breakfast (8-10:30 a.m.), late breakfast (10:30-12 p.m.), lunch (1-4 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9 p.m.). The “Magic Sky Restaurant” offers dinner (6:30-9 p.m.) on the hotel's rooftop. All mentioned restaurants are included once per week (minimum stay of 5 nights) and must be reserved.
