Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Sightseeing on the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, hot air balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Sightseeing on the West Bank. After breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where you will stay overnight.
Lunch, dinner, and overnight on board.

Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca trip on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Sail to Kom Ombo and visit the Double Temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.

Continue to Esna and visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Overnight on board.

Facilities

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins, which are spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals for your culinary well-being. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single use (K1 or KA1).

Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single cabin

With the same equipment as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Deluxe Double Room

Premium Double Room Garden View

With the same equipment as the double rooms, the Premium double rooms (2GP, approx. 48 m²) additionally feature a roof terrace with a view of the sunset and offer a garden view.
Also bookable with sea view (2PM) and for single use (1GP/1PM).

Junior Suite

The Junior suites (JS2) have a size of approx. 42-48 m² and feature air conditioning, slippers, hairdryer, bathrobes, a bathroom with rainfall shower/WC, telephone, safe, and a coffee and tea maker. Furthermore, the suites have a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool and additionally offer pool and garden views.

Deluxe Swim Up Junior Suite

The suites have a living area of approx. 42 m² and feature air conditioning, bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, safe, coffee/tea maker, a workspace, and smart interior features, as well as a terrace with a daybed for 2 people and direct access to the sharing pool (DJS).
Also bookable for single use (EJE).
