Travel information

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening, sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Further journey from Esna.
Then, continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will also take place.

In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

Then, opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant with delicious dishes caters to your culinary needs. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to browse and shop. The spacious sun deck features a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The luxury resort is located directly on the hotel's private beach, with a unique house reef, in the exclusive resort area of Sahl Hasheesh. The reef, with its fascinating underwater world, invites you to dive and snorkel. Two beautifully landscaped lagoons and a natural lagoon ensure relaxation and tranquility. Hurghada Airport is approximately 25 km away. The center of Hurghada with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment facilities is about 30 km away (taxi at a charge).

Facilities

The resort, built from natural coral stone and situated on a slope, has 552 rooms spread across eight buildings. The hotel has its own small marina and a private beach. Facilities include a spacious, comfortable lobby with reception, a beauty salon with a hairdresser, several souvenir shops, and a Starbucks (for a fee). Six different restaurants ("Golden Booda" and "Star Fish" for a fee) cater to your culinary needs. Ten different bars offer cool refreshments. The shisha bar with water pipes completes the diverse offerings (for a fee).

Double Room Sea View

The modernly furnished double rooms with sea view (DM, MBB) are approx. 36-58 m² and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually controlled air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace. The approx. 60 m² double deluxe sea view rooms (DM2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view with a balcony or terrace. The double deluxe rooms are located in buildings 6, 7, and 8 on the ground floor and also have sea views. Also bookable for single use (DM1).

The family rooms with sea view (F2M) are approx. 60 m² and have two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dressing room. Equipped like the double rooms with sea view.

Double Superior Swim Up Sea View

The spacious Swim Up rooms (2MW) are approx. 58 m², modernly furnished, and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually controlled air conditioning, terrace, and access to the sharing pool (bookable for ages 16 and over). Junior Suite Sea View (HRGA29)

The approx. 60 m² junior suites are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, safety deposit box (rental fee), minibar (for a fee), and a balcony with sea view (J2M).

Double Executive Room (HRGA29)

These executive rooms are approx. 57 m² and have similar amenities to the double rooms with sea view, but offer a swim-up terrace (EXD).

Double Room Superior Sea View Type A (HRGA29)

These rooms are only bookable for adults aged 12 and over and are approx. 35 m². Amenities include air conditioning, TV, telephone, safety deposit box (rental fee), minibar (for a fee), and a balcony with sea view (DMA).
