Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation is always selected.

Notice

The travel package you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Sightseeing on the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. hot air balloon trip (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, sightseeing of the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Sightseeing on the West Bank. Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continuing from Esna.

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins, which are distributed over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals for your well-being. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and feature a small porthole.

Cabin single occupancy

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The luxury resort is located directly on its own hotel beach, with a unique house reef, in the exclusive holiday area of Sahl Hasheesh. The reef invites you to dive and snorkel in its fascinating underwater world. Two beautifully artificially created lagoons as well as a natural lagoon provide relaxation and tranquility. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 km away. The center of Hurghada with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment options is approx. 30 km (taxi for a fee) away.

Facilities

Built from natural coral stones on a hillside, the resort has 552 rooms spread across eight buildings. The hotel has its own small marina and a private beach. Amenities include a spacious, cozy lobby with a reception, a beauty salon with a hairdresser, several souvenir shops, and a Starbucks (for a fee). Six different restaurants provide for your culinary well-being ("Star Fish" for a fee). Cool refreshments are served in eight different bars. The Shisha Bar with water pipes rounds off the diverse offer (for a fee).

Double room sea view

The approx. 36-58 m² modernly furnished double rooms with sea view (DM, MBB) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, and balcony or terrace. Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DEM). All double rooms have a sea view.

Double room (HRGA29)

The double rooms are similar in equipment to the double rooms with sea view but do not have a sea view (D). Also bookable for single occupancy (DE).

Double Deluxe sea view

The approx. 60 m² Double Deluxe sea view (DM2) rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, with a balcony or terrace. The Double Deluxe rooms are located on the ground floor in buildings 6, 7, and 8 and also have a sea view. Also bookable for single use (DM1).

The family rooms with sea view (F2M) are approx. 60 m² and feature two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dressing room. Equipped like the double rooms with sea view.

Double room Superior Swim up sea view

The spacious Swim Up rooms (2MW) are approx. 58 m² and modernly furnished, featuring a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, terrace, and access to a sharing pool (bookable from 16 years old). The approx. 60 m² junior suites are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, rental safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony with sea view (J2M).

Double room Executive (HRGA29)

These executive rooms are approx. 57 m² and have similar equipment to the double rooms with sea view, but they offer a swim-up terrace (EXD).
