Travel information

Combination package featuring a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay prior to the cruise is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-cruise stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Sightseeing of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. hot air balloon trip (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, sightseeing of the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor temples (1,2,3).

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals for your physical well-being. The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and feature bathrooms with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.

Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and feature a small porthole.

The Cleopatra Luxury Resort is located directly on the picturesque, spacious sandy beach of Makadi Bay, about 30 kilometers south of Hurghada. This region is a true paradise for divers and snorkelers. Since the access to the sea is rocky near the shore, wearing swimming shoes is recommended. A hotel-owned jetty leads over the offshore reef into deeper water, allowing a comfortable entry into the sea. From there, you can experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea up close. The lively city center of Hurghada, with its numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, is about 35 kilometers away and offers diverse entertainment options. The international Hurghada airport is also only 30 kilometers away, ensuring a comfortable arrival.

Facilities

The sprawling Cleopatra Luxury Resort is idyllically nestled in a spacious garden complex. In this magnificent setting, several two- to three-story buildings house a total of 531 comfortably furnished rooms. Guests are welcomed in the friendly and spacious lobby with reception and lobby bar, which invites you to linger with cozy seating. Culinary delights are provided by the buffet restaurant "Soko", which offers international and local cuisine, as well as two exquisite à la carte restaurants: "Vista Mare" with Italian specialties and the "Pool Restaurant" with fresh fish and seafood dishes. An oriental café with a shisha corner and a pub, where cocktails and music provide a pleasant atmosphere, round off the culinary offering. At the pool bar, guests can refresh themselves with a variety of drinks, while various small shops in the complex invite you to take a relaxed stroll. In the extensive garden complex of the resort, there are six beautifully designed swimming pools, one of which is heatable, as well as a separate children's pool and spacious sun terraces. The double rooms Superior (DSU) are approx. 35 m² in size and are equipped with a shower, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, safe, telephone, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and minibar, and feature a balcony or terrace with a garden view.

The family rooms (DF2) consist of a double room Superior and a single room with a connecting door as well as a living area and are approximately 77 m².

Junior suite

The junior suites (JS2) feature similar equipment elements as the double rooms Superior, but are more spacious (approx. 65 m²) and offer an open living area and sea view.

At the beach, there is a water sports station with various offers, including, for example, windsurfing. Additionally, a diving center (Extra-Divers) offers trial diving, diving courses, and much more. For guests who prefer to be active on land, archery is also offered.
