Travel information

Combination package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding date will always be used.

Notice

The travel offer you selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay in the hotel depends on your arrival day and boarding day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and harbor are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional balloon trip (optional, can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Departure from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will also take place.

In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Facilities

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant provides for culinary delights with delicious dishes. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 sqm and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same furnishings as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The Sultan Bey is located directly on one of the many lagoons of El Gouna on a peninsula. Downtown with its numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities is about 300 m away. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, you'll immediately feel the holiday spirit. On the opposite island, Zeytouna, you'll find the beautiful public sandy beach "Zeytouna Beach" (swimming shoes recommended), which you can reach by free shuttle boat. A 400m long bathing pier, the "Zeytouna Pier", makes it easier to access deeper water. On "Zeytouna Island", the à la carte restaurant and sports facilities can be used for a fee. The resort is located about 25 km north of Hurghada. Hurghada Airport is approximately 40 km away.

The small and cozy hotel complex is built in a classic Egyptian style. The hotel impresses with its beautiful courtyards as well as 115 elegantly furnished rooms spread across the main building and several annexes. The hotel has an inviting lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. The main restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the lagoon caters to your culinary needs. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool (heated) with an integrated children's pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar.
