Location

The Mövenpick Resort & Spa is located in the heart of El Gouna, idyllically situated on one of the numerous peninsulas with its own exclusive beach, nestled between the Red Sea and a picturesque lagoon. The charming town center of El Gouna, offering a wealth of restaurants and shops, is about 1.5 km away. The picturesque Abu Tig Marina, an exclusive marina with a variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities, is about 3.5 km away. The resort is located about 27 km north of the center of Hurghada and approx. 40 km from Hurghada airport.

The spacious hotel complex in Mediterranean style comprises a total of 420 rooms, harmoniously distributed across seven different buildings. The particularly spacious and elegantly furnished lobby welcomes guests with a stylish reception and comfortable seating; safes are available free of charge. Culinary highlights are provided by the buffet restaurant "Palavrion" and three à la carte restaurants offering an exquisite selection of seafood, oriental and Italian specialties. The offer is rounded off by a cozy bar, two pool bars and a souvenir shop. The hotel's own spa area invites you to relax with six different treatment rooms. The extensive outdoor area features a well-kept garden landscape with three pools and a separate children's pool, some of which are heated in winter. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The modernly furnished double rooms (D) are spacious (approx. 40 m²) and equipped with a king-size bed or two twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, coffee and tea maker, minibar, Wi-Fi, safe (free of charge) and terrace with garden view.

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The Double Deluxe Sea View rooms (DDM) are equipped like the double rooms, but also have a sea view and a balcony or terrace. Sparkling wine upon arrival.

Double Room Deluxe Lagoon View

The Double Deluxe Lagoon View rooms (D2L) have the same amenities as the double rooms, with a view of the lagoon and a balcony or terrace.
Also available for single use (1DL) and as type I (DLI).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 50 m²) and additionally feature an open sleeping area (maisonette) and a balcony with a view of the lagoon or the pool.

Breakfast buffet in "Palavrion" from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., late risers' breakfast from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., lunch from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. either in the "Palavrion" (buffet) or in the à la carte restaurant "Gallery" (Italian) from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Dine Around

The Dine-Around program allows guests with half board, full board or all-inclusive to enjoy a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants of other hotels - without any additional cost for the food (drinks excluded).
Depending on the length of stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer multiple times: 1x for stays of four nights or more, up to 3x for five to seven nights, and up to 4x for eight nights or more. Guests from 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from a 3 or 4-star hotel can dine in establishments of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins distributed across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar and safe.

The saver cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.
