Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next possible embarkation date will always be used.

Notice

The travel package you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. hot air balloon trip (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
3rd Day:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
4th Day:
Continuing from Esna.
Afterwards, continuing to Aswan, where the overnight stay also takes place.

5th Day:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals for your physical well-being. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and feature a small round window.

Cabin single occupancy

With the same equipment as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Built in the Nubian style, the Sheraton Miramar Resort invites you to rest and relax. The beautiful hotel complex extends over nine small islands, on which the various buildings of the hotel are distributed. The island landscape is connected by wooden bridges. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, the location creates a very special atmosphere that immediately evokes a holiday mood. The hotel is located approx. 25 km north of Hurghada, just a few minutes' drive from the town center of El Gouna with various shops, restaurants, and bars. You can use the regularly operating boat and bus shuttle for a fee. The airport of Hurghada is approx. 40 km away.

Facilities

The resort, designed by the famous architect Michael Graves with 339 rooms, fascinates with its colorful combination of Arabic and Nubian style as well as its location in the middle of a beautiful, exotic garden. Double room Superior pool or lagoon view

The comfortably furnished rooms (DSU) are freshly renovated and have a size of approx. 38 m². The rooms feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar (replenished daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea maker, safe, and balcony or terrace with a view of the hotel's own lagoon. Also bookable as a double room for single use (DEU).

Double room Premium side sea view

The rooms (P2D) feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar (replenished daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea maker, seating area, safe, and balcony or terrace. The rooms have a side sea view and are renovated.

Beachfront Deluxe room

The freshly renovated Beachfront Deluxe rooms (BF2) offer the same equipment as the double rooms, but are located in the first beach row. Also bookable for single occupancy (BF1).

Family room

The family rooms (DF2) offer the same equipment as the double rooms, but consist of two rooms with a connecting door.

Suite Superior (HRGA16)

The Suite Superior (SU2) are similar in equipment to the Double Room Superior, but do not have a walk-in shower and are larger at approx. 42m².
Also bookable for single occupancy (SU1).

Junior suite

The Junior Suite (JS2) offers the same equipment as the double rooms, but is more spacious (approx. 52 m²) and has an open living area.

The main restaurant "Miramar" offers breakfast (7-10:30 a.m.) and dinner (6:30-10 p.m.) in buffet form. Lunch is offered in the "Miramar" or "Waves" restaurant. Local beer, local spirits, local wines, soft drinks, ice cream, tea, mineral water, and coffee are included around the clock at the currently open bar. Drinks in the minibar are also included (daily replenishment of soft drinks).
ATTENTION: When booking Ultra All Inclusive, the Club Package is not included. It is mandatory to book the board according to the program so that the Club Package is included.
