Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the most favorable available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. You then have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
The ship then sails on to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor refreshing drinks from the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship features a small fitness studio that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The brightly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or a double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
On the balcony of the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only a single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same amenities as the suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) and may not have a French balcony or seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

Spend a dreamlike family vacation at the "Steigenberger Aqua Magic". The 5-star hotel offers fun for the whole family and delights young and old with its extensive water park. The tastefully designed promenade "ALDAU Art Promenade" separates the complex from the sandy beach, approximately 400 meters away, with a shallow incline. Here, be fascinated by the magical underwater world of the Red Sea while snorkeling or diving. If needed, the hotel offers shuttle services to the beach (subject to availability). Your holiday domicile is located in the newer part of Hurghada along the modern promenade with oriental cafés, bars, and international pubs as well as small shops. The town center of Hurghada with the well-known "Sakalla" is about 6 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 5 km away.

The extensive hotel complex is particularly child-friendly and designed for families, featuring 718 generously equipped rooms and suites. The complex welcomes guests in a spacious lobby with a reception and lobby bar, as well as a cozy lounge with seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. In the outdoor area, there are seven swimming pools, one with an integrated children's pool, covering over 2,600m², which are partially heated in winter. The hotel also boasts an aquapark with various water slides, accessible from a height of 1.20 meters. The highlight for all water lovers is the 400-meter-long "Lazy River" that winds through the entire complex. On the roof terrace, there is a relaxation pool exclusively for adults. At the pools and on the beach, guests have free access to sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels. Family Junior Suite

The Family Junior Suites (FJ2/FJA, approx. 68 sqm) have the same amenities as the Family Suites, but feature a master bedroom and a separate living/sleeping area. The master bedroom has a door to the living and sleeping area with two sofa beds. Wi-Fi access for 3 devices is free. Also bookable as a Junior Suite (JSA).

Aqua Suite

The Aqua Suite (S2, approx. 70 sqm) consists of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom. Otherwise, it has the same features as the Deluxe Double Rooms.

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms (SSZ) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but have a smaller contingent and a special price. The rooms are located throughout the complex and may be in less desirable locations. Wi-Fi access for 2 devices is free.

Standard Double Room

The Double Rooms (DA) are slightly smaller (approx. 24 sqm) than the Superior Double Rooms but are renovated in a modern style. The rooms are scattered throughout the complex and do not have a balcony. Wi-Fi access for 2 devices is free.

Young Traveler Room

The Young Traveler Rooms (YTR) are equipped like the Standard Double Rooms and are bookable for young adults aged 18-29.

The main restaurant "Magic Flavors" offers breakfast (7-10:30 am), lunch (1-3 pm), and dinner (Summer: 6:30-9 pm/Winter 6-9:30 pm) buffet style with themed evenings and live cooking stations.
Additionally, the following à la carte restaurants are available: The "Magic Orient Restaurant" offers oriental dinner and a late dinner from 10:30 pm to midnight. The "Magic Palappa Restaurant" offers Italian cuisine for breakfast (8-10:30 am), late breakfast (10:30 am-12 pm), lunch (1-4 pm), and dinner (6:30-9 pm). The "Magic Sky Restaurant" offers dinner (6:30-9 pm) on the rooftop. All mentioned restaurants are included once a week (for stays of 5 nights or more) and require reservation.
