MS Nile Excellence incl. Excursion

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship has a small fitness studio that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Nilkombi MS Nile Excellence & Excursion + Albatros White Beach

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Embarkation is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be taken.

When booking the MS Nile Excellence, the following excursions are automatically included: Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo Temple, and the visit to the High Dam in Aswan.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, bookable locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to Hatshepsut's Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit to Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then, visit to a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.

Early in the morning at 3:30 am, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then, back to Kom Ombo.

Breakfast on board. Then the ship sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Then the ship sails on to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked additionally on site).

The luxury resort is located directly on the hotel's own beach, with a unique house reef, in the exclusive resort area of Sahl Hasheesh. The reef invites you to dive and snorkel with its fascinating underwater world. Two beautifully landscaped lagoons and a natural lagoon ensure relaxation and recreation. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 km away. The center of Hurghada with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment facilities is approx. 30 km away (taxi for a fee).

Facilities

Built from natural coral stones, the resort on a slope has 552 rooms spread across eight buildings. The hotel has its own small marina and a private beach. Facilities include a spacious, comfortable lobby with a reception, a beauty salon with a hairdresser, several souvenir shops, and a Starbucks (for a fee). Six different restaurants cater to your culinary needs ("Golden Booda" and "Star Fish" for a fee). Cool refreshments are served in ten different bars. The Shisha bar with water pipes completes the diverse offerings (for a fee). The approx. 36-58 sqm modernly furnished Double Rooms Sea View (DM, MBB) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, balcony or terrace. Double Deluxe Sea View

The approx. 60 sqm Double Deluxe Sea View (DM2) rooms offer the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View with balcony or terrace. The Double Deluxe rooms are located in buildings 6, 7, and 8 on the ground floor and also have a sea view. Also bookable for single use (DM1).

Family room sea view

The family rooms with sea view (F2M) are approx. 60 sqm and have two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a dressing room. Equipped like the Double Rooms Sea View.
