Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. The pre-cruise and post-cruise hotel stay depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a front desk. Let yourself be pampered by the culinary delights in the main restaurant and enjoy the cold drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner at your disposal. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.
Also bookable for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) feature the same facilities as the suites, but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise feature the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same facilities as the suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) and may be without a French balcony and without a seating area, but feature a non-opening window.

Built in the Arabian style, the resort captivates with its proximity to the beautiful 900m long private sandy beach. The Fort Arabesque is located on the enchanting shores of Makadi Bay, approx. 30 km south of Hurghada. The center of Hurghada with many restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities is approx. 30 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 30 km away.

Facilities

The stylish hotel complex Fort Arabesque is divided into three areas: the Fort Arabesque Resort, the Westbay (adults-only), and the Fort Arabesque The Villas (adults-only).
The Fort Arabesque Resort features 330 comfortable rooms, a reception, an elevator, and various shops. The buffet restaurant offers culinary specialties. Several bars, such as the "Red Rocks" lobby bar, provide refreshment. In the well-maintained outdoor area, you can expect six pools (three heatable in winter) and two children's pools.
The Westbay Adults Only (from 16 years) is equipped with 247 rooms and suites, an elevator, and a reception. A buffet restaurant and a Mexican corner, the "Sunset Bar", "Lobby Bar", and the "Windbreaker Bar" cater to your physical well-being. An adult pool (heatable in winter) is available in the outdoor area. The Westbay also features a Greek Seafood restaurant (reservation required).

The Double Superior Sea View rooms (DMU) are comfortably equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, satellite TV, minibar (water included), coffee and tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, and a balcony with sea view.

The Deluxe family rooms (2DF) are equipped like the family rooms; they feature a large room (approx. 42 m²) with a king-size bed and a loft bed for the children. The rooms overlook the Jungle Pool.

The Elite Suites (ES2) are equipped like the double rooms, but more spacious and feature a sleeping area with a king-size bed, a bathroom, and a living area. The rooms have a side sea view and are located in the Westwing.

Deluxe Double Room (HRGB21)

The Deluxe Double rooms (DD2, approx. 43m²) are similar in equipment to the double rooms but feature a king-size bed and a single bed, which are visually separated by a wooden partition wall.

Villa

The villas (V12) are spacious (approx. 55m²) and feature a separate bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate living room. Villa 2 Bedroom

The villas 2 bedroom (VB3) offer plenty of space (approx. 91m²), are otherwise equipped with the same amenities as the villas (V12), featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and direct pool access (heatable in winter) via the terrace.
The minimum age for children in the villas 2 bedroom is 16 years.

Grand Family Suite (HRGB21)

The Grand Family Suite is approx. 51m² and features two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. The Grand Family Suite has one bathroom as well as a terrace or balcony (GR2).

West Bay Junior Suite Adults Only (HRGB21)

The Junior Suites "West Bay" are only bookable for adults and are approx. 61-75 m² large. Amenities include two double beds, a sitting area, and a bathroom with shower or bathtub (JS2/JS3).

Apartment (HRGB21)

The apartments are equipped with two bedrooms, with one featuring a king-size bed and the second with two single beds. Additionally, the apartment features two bathrooms and a large terrace (AP).

Villa Sea View Swim Up (HRGB21)

The villas (M12) have a size of approx. 61 m² and are equipped with a living area and a separate bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower and access to the pool (heatable in winter). The villas have a terrace with a sea view.
The minimum age for children in the villas is 16 years.
