Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Sightseeing of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, sightseeing of the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Sightseeing of the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue journey from Esna.

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals for your physical well-being. The offering is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.

Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and feature a small round window.

Cabin single occupancy

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The luxury resort is located directly on its own hotel beach, with a unique house reef, in the exclusive resort area of Sahl Hasheesh. The reef invites you to dive and snorkel with its fascinating underwater world. Two beautiful artificial lagoons and a natural lagoon provide recreation and relaxation. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 km away. The center of Hurghada with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment options is approx. 30 km away (taxi for a fee).

Facilities

Built from natural coral stone on a hillside, the resort features 552 rooms spread across eight buildings. The hotel has its own small marina and a private beach. Facilities include a spacious, cozy lobby with a reception, a beauty salon with a hairdresser, several souvenir shops, and a Starbucks (for a fee). Six different restaurants provide for your culinary well-being ("Star Fish" for a fee). Refreshing drinks are served at eight different bars. The Shisha Bar with water pipes rounds off the diverse range of offerings (for a fee).
In the well-kept and lovingly designed outdoor area, three swimming pools, a children's pool, and six open-air whirlpools (all heatable in winter) invite you to relax. Double room sea view

The approx. 36-58 m² modernly furnished double rooms with sea view (DM, MBB) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace. Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DEM). All double rooms have a sea view.

Double room (HRGA29)

The double rooms are similar in equipment to the double rooms with sea view, but do not have a sea view (D). Also bookable for single occupancy (DE).

Double Deluxe sea view

The approx. 60 m² Double Deluxe Sea View (DM2) offer the same amenities as the double room sea view with balcony or terrace. The Deluxe double rooms are located in buildings 6, 7, and 8 on the ground floor and also feature a sea view. Also bookable for single occupancy (DM1).

The family rooms with sea view (F2M) are approx. 60 m² in size and feature two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dressing room. Equipped like the double rooms with sea view.

Double room Superior Swim up sea view

The spacious Swim Up rooms (2MW) are approx. 58 m² in size, modernly furnished, and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, terrace, and access to the sharing pool (bookable from 16 years). Also bookable for single use (1MW).

Junior Suite sea view (HRGA29)

The approx. 60 m² Junior Suites are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, rental safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony with a sea view (J2M).

Double room Executive (HRGA29)

These Executive rooms are approx. 57 m² in size and have similar amenities to the double rooms with sea view, however, these offer a swim-up terrace (EXD).

Double room sea view Type A (HRGA29)

These rooms are only bookable for adults from 12 years and are approx. 35 m² in size. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, telephone, rental safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony with a sea view (DMA).
