Travel information

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. Boarding will always be on the next available date.

Notice

The 14-day package you selected includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is for seven days according to the itinerary. The pre- and post-cruise stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the boarding day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and boarding. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Continuing journey from Esna.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 attractive outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious meals. The facilities are complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to browse and shop. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 sqm and have a bathroom with bath/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The luxury resort is located directly on the hotel's own beach, with a unique house reef, in the exclusive resort area of Sahl Hasheesh. The reef, with its fascinating underwater world, invites you to dive and snorkel. Two beautifully landscaped lagoons and a natural lagoon ensure relaxation and tranquility. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 km away. The center of Hurghada with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment facilities is approx. 30 km away (taxi at a charge).

Facilities

The resort, built from natural coral stones and situated on a slope, has 552 rooms spread across eight buildings. The hotel has its own small marina and a private beach. Facilities include a spacious, comfortable lobby with a reception, a beauty salon with a hairdresser, several souvenir shops, and a Starbucks (for a fee). Six different restaurants cater to your culinary needs ("Golden Booda" and "Star Fish" for a fee). Ten different bars offer cool refreshments. The Shisha bar with water pipes completes the diverse offerings (for a fee).
In the well-maintained and lovingly landscaped outdoor area, three swimming pools, a children's pool, and six open-air whirlpools (all heated in winter) invite you to relax and unwind. The approx. 36-58 sqm modernly furnished Double Rooms Sea View (DM, MBB) feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace. Deluxe Double Room Sea View

The approx. 60 sqm Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View (DM2) offer the same amenities as the Double Rooms Sea View with a balcony or terrace. The Deluxe Double Rooms are located in buildings 6, 7, and 8 on the ground floor and also have a sea view. Also bookable for single use (DM1).

The Family Rooms with Sea View (F2M) are approx. 60 sqm and feature two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dressing room. Equipped like the Double Rooms Sea View.

Superior Double Room Swim Up Sea View

The spacious Swim Up Rooms (2MW) are approx. 58 sqm, modernly furnished, and feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (incl. water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, terrace, and access to the sharing pool (bookable for ages 16 and up). The approx. 60 sqm Junior Suites are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, rental safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony with sea view (J2M).

Executive Double Room (HRGA29)

These Executive rooms are approx. 57 sqm and have similar amenities to the Double Rooms Sea View, but offer a swim-up terrace (EXD).

Double Room Superior Type A (HRGA29)

These rooms are only bookable for adults aged 12 and over and are approx. 35 sqm. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, telephone, rental safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony with sea view (DMA).
