Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all connecting transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation date will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The preliminary and subsequent stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

1. Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2. Day:
Sightseeing of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked locally).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, the Karnak Temple, and the Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
3. Day:
Sightseeing of the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening trip to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
4. Day:
Continue journey from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.
Lunch and dinner as well as overnight stay on board.
5. Day:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca trip on the Nile (1,2,3).
Afterwards, opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
6. Day:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Journey to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight stay on board.
7. Day:
Continue to Esna and visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Overnight stay on board.

Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides for your physical well-being with delicious dishes. The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

The holiday complex consists of 473 rooms spread over a main building and 2 side wings. The complex has a spacious, friendly lobby with a reception, several bars, and shops. For your physical well-being, there is a Chinese restaurant "L'Asiatique", an à la carte restaurant "Wow" (1x per stay included), an Italian restaurant "Soprano", an oriental restaurant "Saffron", and a beach bar with snacks.
