Location

The exclusive Kempinski Hotel is located directly on the private, long sandy beach of Soma Bay. Soma Bay is a charming, natural peninsula on the coast of Egypt. The fantastic beach invites you to unique sunset walks. The beach is divided into a family and an adults-only section and offers direct access to the sea. The beautiful house reef offers great opportunities for fascinating snorkeling and diving experiences. The city center with various shopping and dining facilities is approx. 50 km away. Hurghada Airport is about 45 km away.

The particularly generously designed hotel complex of the renowned Kempinski hotel chain has a total of 325 luxurious rooms and suites, distributed across several buildings throughout the complex. The spacious and open reception hall is equipped with a friendly reception and some seating areas. The main restaurant "The View" with a buffet and a beautiful terrace, as well as the two à la carte restaurants "Bamboo Shoot" (Asian, open on selected days and for a fee) and "Al Mar" (international, lunch only and for a fee) ensure culinary delights. Several bars provide guests with refreshing drinks and snacks. The 7,000 sqm beautifully landscaped pool area features a total of three pools (one of which is heated), a whirlpool, a separate children's pool, and a lazy river. Due to its special location, Kempinski is one of the few hotels in Egypt where you can enjoy the daily sunset on the beach.

All double rooms (D, 39 m²) have a bathroom with bathtub, shower/toilet, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, balcony, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, minibar (for a fee).

Double room Type B

Double rooms Type B (DB) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but additionally offer access to the Laguna Club Lounge, where you can enjoy a range of culinary delights and a wide selection of drinks throughout the day. The rooms have a sea view.
The room can only be booked for children aged 13 and over.
Also bookable for single occupancy (DBE).

Family room

The family rooms (DF2) consist of two rooms with a connecting door (approx. 78m²).
Also bookable with partial sea view (FS2) at an additional charge.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (JS2) consist of a large bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious seating area with a partial sea view.
Guests of our Junior Suites have access to the Laguna Club Lounge, where you can enjoy a range of culinary delights and a wide selection of drinks throughout the day. Additionally, one hour of squash or tennis including equipment is included once per stay.

Deluxe Suite

The Deluxe Suites (S2D) are luxuriously furnished and, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a bedroom, a separate living room, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
Guests of the Deluxe Suites have access to the Laguna Club Lounge, where you can enjoy a range of culinary delights and a wide selection of drinks throughout the day.

Romance Package

Flowers in the room upon arrival and a bottle of chilled sparkling wine, a feel-good breakfast in bed once per stay, and a 3-course menu (incl. 1 bottle of wine, water and soft drinks) on the beach or in the presidential suite once per stay. Optionally bookable with any room.

Laguna Club Lounge

In the Laguna Club, escape the hustle and bustle of the main restaurant and dine in a private and quiet atmosphere.
Only guests who have booked a suite or a Laguna Club room have access to the Laguna Club Lounge. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, and an ironing service. Amenities also include complimentary squash or tennis rackets and balls (one hour per stay) and access to the fitness center (gym, whirlpool, sauna, and steam bath). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, afternoon tea. Delicious selection of chocolates and liqueurs from 9 PM to 10 PM. A selection of tea, coffee, soft drinks, and local alcoholic beverages are also available to guests from 7 AM to 10 PM.
Food and drinks from the Club Lounge may only be consumed in the Laguna Club Lounge. Alternatively, meals can also be enjoyed in the "View Restaurant" (drinks at an additional charge).
