Location

The modern hotel is located in Sahl Hasheesh, situated directly on a gently sloping, kilometer-long sand/pebble beach with an offshore house reef. A new bathing jetty makes it easy to enter the water. The deep blue waters of the Red Sea are right on the doorstep, offering ideal conditions for relaxing beach days, while city life is also quickly accessible. The complex is located approximately 27 km from Hurghada Airport.

Facilities

The newly built hotel has 633 modernly furnished rooms, a lobby with 24-hour reception, lounge and terrace, as well as a wide variety of shops.
Several bars, a buffet restaurant, and five à-la-carte restaurants provide for physical well-being, catering to every taste with everything from Italian and Mexican cuisine to Asian cuisine, international specialties, and Arabian dishes.
The spacious hotel complex features four swimming pools (some can be heated, one of which is a relaxation pool for adults only) and a children's pool. One pool is equipped with seven different water slides.
Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms with a king-size bed (DSU, approx. 42 m²) feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, makeup mirror, coffee and tea, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), minibar (water free daily, rest for a fee), and a safe. Seating areas as well as a balcony or terrace are also provided.
Available with pool view (DSP), side sea view (D2S), or sea view (DMU) for an additional charge. Also bookable as a single room (DEU/ESP/1SD/EMU).

Superior Double Room Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen original rooms (MSA) are equipped the same as the Superior Double Rooms and feature a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be located on the top floor of the hotel, thus offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single use (MSE).

Superior Double Room Swim-Up

The Swim-Up Double Rooms (DWP) are equipped the same as the Superior Double Rooms but have direct access to a sharing pool.
Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard on duty there.
When booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision yourself.
Also bookable for single use (EWP).

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF, approx. 55 m²) consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed or two twin beds and a living/bedroom with two sofa beds. The bedroom is separated from the living/bedroom by a door.
Available with pool view (FPD), side sea view (2FW), or sea view (F2D) for an additional charge.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suite (ES2, approx. 85 m²) offers a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer, shaving socket, and complimentary toiletries. Other equipment is the same as in the Superior Double Room.

Family Suite

The Family Suite (2FS, approx. 95 m²) is equipped with 2 bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed and seating area, one with two single beds and a dressing area. A shower and a bathtub are available in the bathroom; otherwise, the same equipment as in the Superior Double Room.

Grand Suite

The Grand Suite (GR2, approx. 116 m²) includes two bedrooms, a dressing area, and two bathrooms. One of these is equipped with a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
Other equipment is the same as in the Superior Double Room.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suite (RS, approx. 110 m²) features a queen-size bed, a living room with dining area, a dressing area, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, plus a separate WC.
Other equipment is the same as in the Superior Double Room.

Deluxe Family Room Swim-Up

The Deluxe Family Rooms (FSU, approx. 55 m²) have similar features to the Deluxe Family Rooms, with the addition of direct access to a sharing pool.
Please note that your booked room has a sharing pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard on duty there. When booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision yourself.

Breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30 AM in the main restaurant in buffet form.
Continental early-bird breakfast from 5:00 to 7:00 AM in the main restaurant and late-riser breakfast from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM available in the pool restaurant.
Additionally, lunch (12:30–2:30 PM) and dinner buffet (7:00–9:30 PM) in the main restaurant.
Alternatively, lunch and dinner can be taken in one of the à-la-carte restaurants. While you can eat à la carte at lunch in the restaurants by the pool and on the beach (12:30–4:00 PM), in the evening you can choose from various themed restaurants, such as Italian, Arabian, Asian, Mexican, and Grill (7:00–9:30 PM, 1x per stay included with reservation. For stays of 7–12 nights 2x included, from 13 nights 5x per stay included).
A wide selection of drinks is offered around the clock at the currently open bar.
There is also a shisha area (6:00 PM–12:00 AM, for a fee).
Appropriate attire is requested at meal times, especially in the evening.

Sports included

Billiards, darts, table tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, water sports, and fitness room (ages 16 and up).
Modern gym with equipment and weights in a hotel.

Sports for a fee

Horseback riding, padel tennis (ages 16 and up), and diving and snorkeling.

Children's program

For our little guests, the Jazy Kids Club (ages 4–12) provides lots of fun and variety from 10:00 AM–12:30 PM & 3:00–5:00 PM, along with the children's pool and mini disco.

Those who could use an extra dose of wellness are in the right place at Mivida Spa (for a fee, ages 16 and up; expected opening in June) with sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, and massages.
Beauty treatments such as facial treatments or a hairdresser (for a fee) are also available.

Entertainment

Magic World Entertainment offers a daily animation program, beach parties, theme nights, and evening shows in the amphitheater, ensuring boredom will definitely not be an issue.
