Location

The modern hotel is located in Sahl Hasheesh, directly on a gently sloping, kilometer-long sandy/pebble beach with a house reef. A new bathing jetty facilitates access to the water. The deep blue waters of the Red Sea are right on your doorstep, offering ideal conditions for relaxing beach days, while the town center is also quickly accessible. The resort is located approximately 27 km from Hurghada Airport.

Facilities

The newly built hotel features 633 modernly furnished rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, lounge, and terrace, as well as various shops.
For culinary delights, there are several bars, a buffet restaurant, and five à la carte restaurants offering Italian and Mexican cuisine, Asian dishes, as well as grill and seafood specialties, and Arabic cuisine to satisfy every taste.
The generously designed hotel complex includes four swimming pools (some heated, one of which is a relaxing pool for adults only) and a children's pool. One pool is equipped with seven different water slides.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms with a king-size bed (DSU, approx. 42 m²) feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, vanity mirror, coffee and tea making facilities, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), minibar (daily water free, other items for a fee), and a safe. Seating areas, as well as a balcony or terrace, are also available.
Available at an additional charge with pool view (DSP) or sea view (DMU). Also bookable as a single room (DEU/ESP/EMU).

Superior Double Room Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and offer sea views. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering breathtaking views of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single occupancy (MSE).

Superior Double Room Swim-Up

The Superior Double Rooms Swim-Up (DWP) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but have direct access to a shared pool.
Please note that your booked room has a shared pool and there is no direct supervision of swimming.
If booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision.
Also bookable for single occupancy (EWP).

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF, approx. 55 m²) consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed or two twin beds and a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds. The bedroom is separated from the living/sleeping area by a door.
Available at an additional charge with pool view (FPD) or sea view (F2D).

Deluxe Family Room Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen original rooms (FA2) are equipped like the Deluxe Family Rooms and offer sea views. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering breathtaking views of the Red Sea.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suite (ES2, approx. 85 m²) offers a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, shaving socket, and complimentary toiletries. Other amenities are as per the Superior Double Room.

Family Suite

The Family Suite (2FS, approx. 95 m²) is equipped with 2 bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed and seating area, the other with two single beds and a dressing area. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, otherwise the amenities are the same as in the Superior Double Room.

Grand Suite

The Grand Suite (GR2, approx. 116 m²) features two bedrooms, a dressing area, and two bathrooms. One of them is equipped with a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
Other amenities are as per the Superior Double Room.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suite (RS, approx. 110 m²) features a queen-size bed, a living room with a dining area, a dressing area, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, and a separate toilet.
Other amenities are as per the Superior Double Room.

Deluxe Family Room Swim-Up

The Deluxe Family Rooms (FSU, approx. 55 m²) offer similar amenities to the Deluxe Family Rooms and additionally have direct access to a shared pool.

Breakfast from 7 am to 10:30 am in the main restaurant, buffet style.
Continental early bird breakfast from 5 am to 7 am in the main restaurant and late riser breakfast from 10:30 am to 12 pm in the pool restaurant are available.
Lunch (12:30 pm - 2:30 pm) and dinner buffet (7:00 pm - 9:30 pm) are also served in the main restaurant.
Alternatively, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants. While you can have à la carte lunch at the restaurants by the pool and on the beach (12:30 pm - 4:00 pm), in the evenings you can choose from various themed restaurants, such as Italian, Arabic, Asian, Mexican, and Grill (7:00 pm - 9:30 pm, included once per stay with reservation. For stays of 7-12 nights, 2 times included; for stays of 13 nights or more, 5 times per stay included).
A wide selection of drinks is available around the clock at the open bar.
There is also a shisha area (6:00 pm - 12:00 am, for a fee).
Appropriate attire is requested during meal times, especially in the evening.
