Location

The modern hotel is located in Sahl Hasheesh, right on a gently sloping, kilometer-long sandy/pebbly beach with a house reef just off the shore. A new jetty makes it easier to enter the water. The deep blue waters of the Red Sea are right on your doorstep and offer ideal conditions for relaxing days at the beach, while city life is also quickly accessible. The complex is located approximately 27 km from Hurghada airport.

Facilities

The newly built hotel features 633 modernly furnished rooms, a lobby with 24-hour reception, lounge and terrace, as well as a variety of shops.
For your culinary well-being, there are several bars, a buffet restaurant, and five à la carte restaurants, which cater to every taste with Italian, Mexican, Asian, international specialties, and Arabic cuisine.
The spacious hotel complex includes four swimming pools (some heatable, one of which is a relaxing pool for adults only) and a children's pool. One pool is equipped with seven different water slides.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

The modern rooms with a king-size bed (DSU, approx. 42 m²) feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, cosmetic mirror, coffee and tea facilities, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), minibar (water daily free of charge, rest for a fee), and a safe. Seating areas as well as a balcony or terrace are also provided.
Available with pool view (DSP), side sea view (D2S), or sea view (DMU) at an additional cost. Can also be booked as a single room (DEU/ESP/1SD/EMU).

Superior Double Room Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and feature a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be located on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single occupancy (MSE).

Superior Double Room Swim-Up

The Swim-Up Double Rooms (DWP) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but have direct access to a sharing pool.
Please note that your booked room features a private pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard on duty there.
When booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision yourself.
Also bookable for single occupancy (EWP).

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF, approx. 55 m²) consist of a bedroom with one king-size bed or two twin beds and a living/bedroom with two sofa beds. The bedroom is separated from the living/bedroom by a door.
Available with pool view (FPD), side sea view (2FW), or sea view (F2D) at an additional cost.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suite (ES2, approx. 85 m²) offers a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer, shaver socket, and complimentary toiletries. Remaining equipment as per Superior Double Room.

Family Suite

The Family Suite (2FS, approx. 95 m²) is equipped with 2 bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed and seating options, one with two single beds and a dressing area. A shower as well as a bathtub are provided in the bathroom; otherwise, same equipment as in the Superior Double Room.

Grand Suite

The Grand Suite (GR2, approx. 116 m²) includes two bedrooms, a dressing area, and two bathrooms. One of these is equipped with a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
Remaining equipment as per Superior Double Room.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suite (RS, approx. 110 m²) features a queen-size bed, a living room with dining area, a dressing area, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, plus a separate WC.

Deluxe Family Room Swim-Up

The Deluxe Family Rooms (FSU, approx. 55 m²) have similar features to the Deluxe Family Rooms, with the additional benefit of direct access to a sharing pool.
Please note that your booked room features a sharing pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard on duty there. When booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for supervision yourself.

Breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m. in the main restaurant in buffet form.
Continental early-bird breakfast from 5:00 to 7:00 a.m. in the main restaurant and late-riser breakfast from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. available at the pool restaurant.
Furthermore, lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.) and dinner buffet (7:00-9:30 p.m.) in the main restaurant.
Alternatively, lunch and dinner can also be taken in one of the à la carte restaurants. While you can eat à la carte at the pool and beach restaurants during lunch (12:30-4:00 p.m.), in the evening you can choose from various themed restaurants, such as Italian, Arabic, Asian, Mexican, and Grill, for à la carte dishes (7:00-9:30 p.m., included once per stay with reservation. Included twice for stays of 7-12 nights, included 5 times per stay from 13 nights onwards).
A wide selection of drinks is offered around the clock at the respective open bar.
Additionally, there is a shisha area (6:00 p.m.-midnight, for a fee).
Appropriate clothing is requested during meal times, especially in the evening.

Billiards, darts, table tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, water sports, and a fitness room (ages 16 and up).

Those needing an extra portion of wellness are in the right place at the Mivida Spa (for a fee, ages 16 and up; planned opening in June) with sauna, steam bath, and jacuzzi, as well as massages.

Magic World Entertainment offers a daily animation program, beach parties, themed parties, as well as evening shows in the amphitheater, ensuring that boredom will certainly not arise.
