Location

Spend a luxurious holiday with the whole family at Jaz Aquaviva. The beautiful hotel is located in the popular Madinat Makadi, in immediate proximity to Egypt's largest water park, "Makadi Water World," offering water fun for all ages. You can reach the beach, with its ideal snorkelling and swimming conditions, in approx. 3.5 km via a shuttle bus. A beach bar is available there for your refreshments. The Souk Makadi is also easily accessible by shuttle bus, where you can enjoy Egyptian hospitality in numerous shops and restaurants.
Hurghada airport is approx. 30 km away.

Facilities

The modern and friendly "Jaz Aquaviva" features 487 rooms spread across the property. The elegant resort also includes a bright reception with seating, a hairdresser, and various shops. A buffet restaurant and two à-la-carte restaurants cater to your culinary needs: "Paprika" with Italian cuisine and "Felfela" with Arabic cuisine. Both restaurants are available for an extra charge. Several bars complete the culinary offerings. There are seven additional à-la-carte restaurants in Madinat Makadi that are part of the Dine Around concept.
The well-maintained grounds include 5 pools (some can be heated in winter) and 3 children's pools. On the rooftop terrace, which offers a wonderful view over the resort, there is an additional adults-only pool.
Sun loungers, cushions, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and beach.

Superior Double Room

The modern Superior Double Rooms (DSU, approx. 34 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, Wi-Fi, vanity mirror, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), air conditioning, minibar (for a fee, but water is included daily), kettle, coffee and tea-making facilities, safe, and a balcony or terrace.

Superior Swim-Up Double Room

The Swim-Up Double Rooms (DWP) have the same features as the Superior Double Rooms but offer direct access to a sharing pool.
Also bookable for single use (EWP).
Rooms with direct access to a sharing pool do not have their own lifeguard and pose an increased safety risk for young children and non-swimmers. The duty of supervision at the pool therefore lies with the parents or legal guardians.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) are approx. 43 m² and have the same features as the Superior Double Rooms.
Also bookable as Deluxe Double Room with Pool & Bay view (DPB).

Family Room Garden View

The Family Rooms (DF2) are more spacious (approx. 43 m²) with the same features as the Superior Double Rooms and include a separate bedroom and a living/sleeping area with two sofa beds, separated by a door, with garden view.

Family Swim Up Room

The Family Swim-Up Rooms (FSU) have the same features as the Family Rooms but offer direct access to the pool.

These rooms correspond to the Deluxe Double Rooms with garden view (SDX/SED). Also bookable with pool view (PXU/PXS) for an extra charge.

Breakfast from 7:00-10:00, late riser breakfast from 10:30-11:30, lunch from 12:30-14:30, and dinner from 18:30-21:30, each served buffet-style in the main restaurant "Amaraya". À-la-carte restaurants are free of charge once per stay upon prior reservation.
Pool restaurant with snacks from 12:00-16:00 and tea time and ice cream from 16:00-17:00. The beach bar is open from 10:00-16:00, the pool bar is open from 10:00-17:00.
The lobby bar is open 24 hours. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00-24:00. Alcoholic drinks are served exclusively at the lobby bar, the Viva Bar, and the adults-only pool. After 24:00, all drinks are to be paid for. Alcoholic drinks are only available at the lobby bar.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner; long trousers are mandatory.
