The modern resort is situated in a central yet quiet location on the Sahl Hasheesh Road on the outskirts of Hurghada. Numerous shopping and entertainment options, restaurants and bars, as well as the tourist center are in the immediate vicinity. The marina is easily accessible. The vibrant city center of Hurghada with its diverse leisure and nightlife options is just a few minutes' drive away. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity. Hurghada International Airport is approx. 10 km away.

The holiday resort has a total of 332 modern rooms and offers guests a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, concierge service, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. Other facilities include an ATM, various shops, a souvenir shop, and a supermarket. Sun loungers, parasols, and a beach bar are available at the beach. In the well-maintained outdoor area, guests will find a spacious pool landscape with sun terraces, loungers, parasols, and a pool bar. The "Active Pool" and the heated "Relax Pool" provide varied swimming experiences. For younger guests, there is a separate children's pool. The hotel's own "5 Springs Aqua Park" with several water slides offers additional water fun for the whole family. The buffet restaurant "Fenti International Restaurant" serves international, oriental, as well as grilled and fish specialties. The à-la-carte restaurant "Sofra Oriental Restaurant" serves local and oriental dishes as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options.
