Location

The family-friendly SENTIDO Mamlouk Palace Resort delights guests with its ideal location. The hotel complex is situated directly on its own 400 m long, gently sloping sandy beach. Enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea and the magnificent sunsets here. It is approx. 20 km to the city center of Hurghada. Hurghada International Airport is approx. 15 km away.

Facilities

The beautiful 5-star complex impresses with its oriental style and offers guests a 24-hour reception service as well as various shops. The main restaurant with daily changing themed buffets and four à la carte specialty restaurants ("Manzoku" - Asian, "Frida" - Mexican, "Manohar" - Indian, and "La Terraza" - Spanish) spoil guests with a rich selection of delicious dishes. With the "Roots Diet & Light" concept (available for a fee), gluten-free, lactose-free, or low-carb meals can be selected. The diverse range is complemented by six bars that provide refreshments and snacks. Guests can also use the facilities of the neighboring "SUNRISE Select Garden Beach Resort" (HRG142), including the aqua park with eleven fantastic water slides.
In the beautiful outdoor area, a magnificent pool landscape has been created with small rivers and bridges. The relax pool and the family pool (family pool can be heated in winter) provide fun for guests of all ages.
Sun umbrellas, sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels (once per day) are included at the pool and beach.

Double room

The double rooms (D), measuring approx. 41 m², are beautifully and comfortably furnished and feature a bathroom with a shower, minibar (replenished daily with water, once per week with soft drinks), Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (available for a fee), hairdryer, balcony or terrace, and garden or pool view.
Available with pool view (DP) or side sea view (DMS) for an additional charge, as well as for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family suite

The family suites (DF2) feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly larger (approx. 52 m²) and include an additional living/bedroom with two sofa beds and a garden view. The rooms are equipped with a connecting door.
Also available with pool view (2FB) for an additional charge.

Family room with bunk bed

These family rooms (2FA) have the same features as the double rooms, are the same size (approx. 41 m²), and additionally feature a bunk bed for the children (bed length approx. 1.90 m x 1 m), but no separate bedroom.

Junior suite

The comfortably furnished junior suites (JS2) are equipped like the double rooms, measure 50 m², and feature a bedroom and an additional living room with two sofa beds.

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (SSZ) have the same features as the double rooms but are subject to limited availability and special pricing. The view is towards the street.

Executive suite

The executive suites (ES2) are approx. 66 m² and feature a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (replenished daily with water), Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, and balcony or terrace. The executive suites have a living area and a sleeping area.

Double Deluxe Jacuzzi

These approx. 36 m² rooms are equipped with a double bed or twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, balcony with garden view, and whirlpool (ZQ2).

Double Deluxe Swim Up

Equipped similarly to the Double Deluxe Whirlpool rooms, without a whirlpool, but instead with a king-size bed and swim-up terrace (DWU).

The Jacuzzi suites (S2J) are approx. 50 m² and feature similar amenities to the double rooms, with the addition of a living area and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Pool suite

The pool suites (2PS) are approx. 55 m² and feature similar amenities to the double rooms, with the addition of a living area and a terrace with a private pool.

Breakfast from 7:00–10:30, lunch from 12:30–14:30 (winter) and 13:00–15:00 in summer, dinner from 18:30–22:00 (winter) and 19:00–22:00 in summer, all in buffet form in the main restaurant.
Alternatively, dinner can also be taken in one of the four specialty restaurants (reservation required). The "Manohar Restaurant" offers Indian cuisine, the "Frida" restaurant offers Mexican cuisine, and the "La Terraza" restaurant offers Spanish cuisine.
Local non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day. Local alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00–0:00. After that, available for a fee.
