The luxurious resort promises holiday dreams under the Egyptian sun. The hotel is located directly on the hotel's own gently sloping sandy beach and the popular promenade of the tourist resort Hurghada. The holiday complex consists of 473 rooms spread across a main building and 2 side wings. The complex has a spacious, friendly reception hall with a reception, several bars, and shops. For culinary delights, there is a Chinese restaurant "L'Asiatique", an à la carte restaurant "Wow" (included once per stay), an Italian restaurant "Soprano", an oriental restaurant "Saffron", and a beach bar with snacks. In the outdoor area, between the main building and the beach, there is a generous pool landscape with 4 children's pools (heated in winter), water slides, and 2 adult pools (one heated in winter). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The comfortably furnished Deluxe Double Rooms with Pool View (PD) are approx. 40 m² and equipped with air conditioning, shower/toilet or bath and shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi, minibar (daily refilled with water), and balcony or terrace.

The Executive Double Rooms with Sea View (EXM) have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms with Pool View, but are larger and have a sea view.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Once per stay, a visit to the à la carte restaurant is included. Snacks are available at the beach bar during the day, coffee, tea, and cake from 12 PM to 5 PM, and at the bakery in the lobby bar from 10 AM to 10 PM. Ice cream for children from 10 AM to 5 PM. Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park (consisting of the former Jungle Aqua Park and a newly built slide park in the Water Valley) can be booked for a fee at many hotels. The park includes over 100 different water attractions for young and old guests. The price of €70 for adults and €35 for children up to 11 years old (from Summer 2026: €75 for adults and €38 for children) includes daily free admission with snacks and soft drinks, as well as transfer from/to the hotel.
