Location

The exclusive JAZ Aquamarine Resort is located directly on a long, very shallow gravel/sand beach on the Red Sea in the Egyptian holiday resort of Hurghada. Families, in particular, get their money's worth here. The perfect mix of relaxation and leisure opportunities as well as plenty of water fun leaves nothing to be desired and ensures an unforgettable holiday. It is approx. 20 km to the center of Hurghada. The airport is approx. 17 km away.

This 5-star hotel of the "JAZ" hotel chain offers a relaxing holiday for your whole family. The resort has 1001 rooms and suites spread throughout the complex. Hotel facilities include a spacious lobby with reception, a hair salon, and a spa area (for a fee). Culinary needs are met by two main restaurants, which spoil you with delicious international dishes (Note: The 2nd main restaurant "Four Corners" may be partially closed depending on hotel occupancy) and seven à la carte restaurants with Italian cuisine (Nino's), delicacies from the Middle East (Sofra), Asian (Makai Tukai), Indian dishes (Amaya), as well as a burger restaurant (Burger Bay) and a grill restaurant (reservations required for each; two specific restaurants are included per week, minimum stay 7 days). The seafood restaurant (Corallo) is for a fee. The offer is rounded off by six bars. In the spacious garden area, there are 17 swimming pools (some can be heated in winter) with separate children's pools, a pool/beach bar, and a whirlpool on the beach (from 16 years, reservation required, subject to availability).
For special water fun for young and old, there are three aqua parks (two for adults and one for children), which are open alternately depending on hotel occupancy and have a total of 13 slides (including four slides for children) (water slides on the beach for heights from 120 cm and max. 120 kg). Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included at the pool and beach. There are also beach kiosks with various snacks on the beach.

Double Superior

The Double Superior (DSU) rooms have twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee maker, kettle, and a balcony or terrace with seating and garden view.

Double Superior Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single use (MSE).

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF) are just as spacious (approx. 45 m²) as the Double Superior rooms, with the same facilities, and feature a queen-size bed as well as 2 sofa beds (180 x 80 cm) in a separate sleeping area in the entrance.
Also bookable with pool view (FPD) or sea view (F2D).

Executive Suite

With the same facilities as the Junior Suites, the Executive Suites (ES2) feature a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and an elegant living area with comfortable seating.

Junior Suite

The elegant and spacious Junior Suites (J2P, approx. 70 m²) have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, satellite TV, telephone, and minibar. They have a pool view and are also bookable with a sea view (J2M).

Royal Suite

With the same facilities as the Junior Suite, the elegant and spacious Royal Suites (RS, approx. 100 m²) feature a large, furnished terrace with access to a shared pool, which is shared with two other rooms. An elegant bedroom with a queen bed and a comfortable living area invite you to relax.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access represent an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types.

The Family Rooms Type B Swim Up (2FB) are equipped like the Deluxe Family Rooms, but with direct access to a shared pool, which is shared with other rooms.
