Location

The beautiful holiday hotel is located in the wonderful center of Hurghada, directly on the hotel's own sandy beach. Various shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. Directly at the hotel, there is also a shopping center with numerous shops that invite you to stroll and browse. The beautiful, lagoon-rich city of El Gouna can be reached in about 25 km. The airport is just approx. 10 km away.

The spacious holiday resort has recently been extensively renovated, modernized, and redesigned both inside and out. It features a total of 711 comfortably furnished rooms (655 of which have been completely renovated), spread over five floors. Furthermore, the hotel is equipped with a beautiful lobby with a reception. Two buffet restaurants, which also impress with a new look, take care of culinary needs, alongside a food court with an à la carte concept featuring Chinese, Italian, and Indian dishes, as well as a seafood restaurant (these 4 à la carte restaurants can be used unlimited and free of charge). Additionally, the newly opened à la carte restaurant, Sky Lounge (for a fee), offers breathtaking sea views and culinary highlights such as the Oriental Mix Grill or fresh seafood. Every Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., live entertainment in an oriental style with belly dancing and a fascinating Tanoura show provides a special evening program. The offering is complemented by a total of eight bars, including two beach bars and two pool bars. The "Sea Gull Mall" invites you to browse through its small shops and stores. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the hotel, there is the large pool landscape consisting of three pools (one divided into three depths; one pool in the club and one pool in the resort are heated), which are surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace, as well as a pool/snack bar. A highlight for water lovers is the small water park (heatable in winter) with three water slides for adults and eight water slides for children. Sun loungers and towels are available for guests at the pool and beach free of charge. There are also new changing rooms on the beach.

Double Room

The double rooms (D) are approx. 30 m² in size and are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, king-size bed or twin beds, satellite TV, air conditioning (seasonal), telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace.
Also available for single use (DE). Optionally bookable with pool view (DP/DEP).

Super Saver Room

The super saver rooms (SSZ) have the same features as the double rooms, but with limited availability and a special price.

Superior Room

The superior rooms (DSU) have 1 king-size or 2 single beds and feature a balcony or French balcony with a beautiful beach view. Amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, safe, direct-dial telephone, as well as a kettle with tea and coffee-making facilities. The rooms have garden or side sea views.

Family Room

The family rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are larger (approx. 45 m²) and have either three single beds or one king-size bed and one single bed.

Deluxe Family Room

The deluxe family rooms (2DF) consist of two connecting bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed and 1 with two single beds. Both rooms share a bathroom. Amenities include a balcony, satellite TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge, kettle with tea and coffee-making facilities, direct-dial telephone, and a digital safe. Comfortable amenities ensure a relaxing stay. The rooms have pool views.
Also bookable with a location towards the rear (ADF).

Junior Suite Pool View

The junior suites (J2P) are somewhat more spacious, with similar features to the double rooms, and have a balcony with a pool view.
