Location

Spend a wonderful holiday right on the beach at the popular Beach Albatros Resort, part of the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Red Sea and let yourself be enchanted. The resort is situated directly on a fine sandy beach and is considered particularly family-friendly. It is approximately 17 km to the center of Hurghada and about 11 km to the airport.

Facilities

Spacious hotel lobby with modern chandelier, blue chairs, and large panoramic window.
This particularly family-friendly resort features 678 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalows. Upper floors can be reached comfortably via five elevators. The lobby area offers a reception and a lobby bar. There are four different buffet restaurants ("L'Asiatique" Asian, "Le Marche" international, "Culina" seafood, "Sidi Ali" oriental cuisine), an à-la-carte restaurant, a shisha corner (for a fee), various bars, as well as a hairdresser and boutiques. The "Dolce Vita Lounge Bar," newly opened in the summer of 2023, delights guests with its luxurious atmosphere and delicious cocktails. The outdoor area features a pool landscape with a total of 9 swimming pools (some of which can be heated in winter), four of which have integrated children's areas and a children's pool, 13 slides for adults, and 9 slides for children, ensuring plenty of water fun. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach.

Bungalow Garden View

The Bungalows Garden View (BG2) are approximately 30 m² in size and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, tiled floors, air conditioning, telephone, safe (included), satellite TV, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water per person per day included), kettle, and a balcony or terrace.
Also bookable as Type I room (BGI/DEI) with a special price and limited availability.
Available with pool view (B2O) or for single occupancy (BG1/B1O) for an additional charge.

HRGA05: Bungalow

The bungalows are identical in size and facilities to the Bungalows Garden View, but the view may vary (BU/B2A/B1B).

Double Superior Pool View

The Double Superior Pool View rooms (DSP) are equipped like the Bungalows Garden View, but are larger (approx. 36 m²) and feature a pool view. The rooms may be located in the main building or in the annex buildings.
Also bookable with sea view (DMU).

Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms Sea View (approx. 24 m², DM) have the same facilities as the Bungalows Garden View, additionally feature a sea view, and are located in the main building.
Also bookable for single occupancy (DEM).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms (SSZ) have the same facilities as the Bungalows Garden View, are distributed throughout the hotel complex, and have limited availability.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have the same facilities as the Bungalows Garden View, but are larger (approx. 48 m²), consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a balcony or terrace.
Additionally bookable as Type I room (DFI) with a special price and limited availability.
Available with pool view (FP2) for an additional charge.

Suite Sea View

The Suites Sea View (S2M) have the same facilities as the Bungalows Garden View, but are more spacious (approx. 48 m²) with a living/bedroom and a separate bedroom. The rooms are located in the main building.

Double Room Deluxe (HRGA05)

These double rooms are approx. 28 m² in size and are equipped with air conditioning, TV, shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (DD2/DD3). Optionally also bookable without a specific view (DDA), with pool view and slightly smaller at approx. 24 m² (DPB), towards the sea side (approx. 24 m², X2M), or with sea view (approx. 24 m², DDM).

Breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. – 10 a.m., late breakfast from 7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., lunch from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., and dinner in summer from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., and in winter from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Various snacks are always available to satisfy hunger. Coffee/tea, cakes, and pastries in the afternoon. Ice cream for young and old from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. All local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 a.m. – midnight at the bars currently open. Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park (consisting of the former Jungle Aqua Park and a newly built slide park in Water Valley) can be booked for many hotels for a fee. The park contains over 100 different water attractions for guests of all ages. The price of €75 for adults and €38 for children up to 11 years old includes daily free entry as well as snacks, soft drinks, and transfer from/to the accommodation hotel.
